Dropped off vehicle for quote on AC repair, gave the go ahead for repairs and was told 3 days max. A month later picked up car. I was lied to on at least 9 occasions. The porter service promised many many pickups that left me waiting 6 different days with no explanation or warning.. Could not get a update or explanation unless I made 6 calls requesting a callback which took 4 days of more calls by me to get a response.. Nothing was done to compensate me. No loaner car,, no offer of discount, absolutely nothing.. I was told management would want to call me about this, as normal that didn't happen. Bryan apologized so that's a point in his favor. I would not let this dealer clean the windshield of my vehicles as it would take a week and 10 lies on their part. Looked at a new F150 when I picked up car, sales acted indifferent about showing me a vehicle. I think I was interrupting. Two days after getting car back I traded it for a new F150 XLT 4X4 at Town and Country Ford. Much, much better customer service and that's where all my business will go. More
Can not speak for sales, however the service department is abysmal. Will give you the work around for weeks while your vehicle waits in limbo for a relatively minor repair. After purchasing 2 vehicles from this dealership within 2 months, and spending over $1,000 in their service department, you would think that they would want to take care of their customers but that is far fr months, and spending over $1,000 in their service department, you would think that they would want to take care of their customers but that is far from the truth. I bought a brand new F-150 from their in March, and spent around $1,700 for a bed liner, and a tonneau cover. Well the bed liner has a gigantic bubble in it, from where it has never laid down completely. I have been up to the service department 2 different times for this issue, has it been fixed? No, it's now July and it still has a bubble in it. The tonneau cover that I paid around $1200 for? It is literally falling apart, and I have been to the dealership 2 different times, the first time they told me they would give me some "special glue", to put it back together, they never gave it to me. 2 months later, after it is deteriorating even more, they told me that they would give me a call this week when the gentleman who makes "warranty decisions" got back from vacation. Well it is Friday at 5:00, have I gotten a call? xxxx no. The service department NEVER follows thru on ANYTHING! I feel at this point, I am treated like a number, and they got my money, so they have no reason to care. Here is my question, why would I have to wait for some guy to get back to "see" if it is under warranty???????? I PURCHASED THE COVER AND BED LINER IN APRIL, WHY WOULD THEY NOT BE UNDER WARRANTY!?!?!?!? After spending a total of $75k with Miracle within 2 months, I can tell that my business was not appreciated. Oh and don't even get me started on the Fender Flares that I had ordered for my truck...... I take my truck in to have them put on while I was getting my oil changed, makes sense right? Well after sitting there for 2 hours they give me the keys back and inform me that they didn't have enough time to complete it, and that I would have to come back at a later time....... it was 3:00PM when they told me that, they had my truck since 1:00PM, WHY DID I SIT THERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS WAITING!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WHY DOES NO ONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING????? NO ONE FOLLOWS UP!!!!! I WILL ALSO BE FILING A REPORT WITH FORD, ON THE COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS DEALERSHIP HAS! More

Absolutely appalling experience with service/ body shop. Our truck was in shop for 7 weeks and still not fixed correctly. From the beginning we identified problems in that refurbished chassis parts were ord Our truck was in shop for 7 weeks and still not fixed correctly. From the beginning we identified problems in that refurbished chassis parts were ordered however insurance only approved new parts. We had to contact service manager to get the supposed “mistake” corrected. We subsequently found hammer marks and dents on all of the door hinges on passenger side; metal shins under the hood; the rear passenger door has a drop when opened. We returned vehicle 5 times without adequate repairs.We then made decision to have it taken to another shop and were appalled that the owner has yet to accept responsibility and is not upset that we won’t give them “ another chance” strike 5= out . Not only do we have to deal with wrecked vehicle but now have further damage as a result of their incompetence and negligence. More

Service Department is No longer Service Oriented. As a returning customer to this dealership I must say I have become very concerned about the service department. I purchased my first new car from them a returning customer to this dealership I must say I have become very concerned about the service department. I purchased my first new car from them in 2006 after moving to Gallatin. Since then I have purchased 4 more new vehicles and 2 used cars for my family. When I first started using their service department they always were very efficient and it was easy to get service done. The past couple of years have seen a decline in the level of service and you can't get even an oil change done in a timely fashion, It doesn't seem to matter what day or time you go in, it is a wait. I have even been told at 2:00 in the afternoon it is too late to get an oil change, bring my car back the next day. Unfortunately, I purchased the maintenance plan with my vehicle so I am in a bind as far as being able to go elsewhere since I have already paid Miracle Ford for my first 60,000 miles of service. Jessica Cobble, one of the service advisors, also has "added" on to my service on my used vehicles charging my daughter 85.00 for an oil change and today charged me for a "better oil" when it was not requested. There have been other issues as well, it seems every visit to the service department has a problem the last few years. I have had nothing but great experiences with the sales team and finance people here and would love to continue to purchase my cars here, however, the service department has me concerned about my next car purchase and what kind of service I would receive from them. They used to be a five star facility, however, I feel they have dropped the ball the last couple of years in the service department area. More

I just knew my transmission was gone in my 2020 Ford Explorer. We used our Ford Roadside Assistance and had the vehicle towed to Miracle Ford. Since it was Labor Day, service was closed so we talked to Explorer. We used our Ford Roadside Assistance and had the vehicle towed to Miracle Ford. Since it was Labor Day, service was closed so we talked to Sandy and explained what had happened. She passed the information to Robert. Tuesday morning Brian called and gave an update. Sandy called and checked on us to make sure we were contacted. By Tuesday afternoon our vehicle was repaired and ready to go. We are very impressed with the customer service, the communication, and the promptness of our repair. Thank you Miracle Ford team as your service is greatly appreciated! More
