Hi Jim. We apologize. We’ve been attempting to get in contact with you, but continuously get a full voicemail. Our Service Manager and Fixed Operations Director will continue to reach out. We want to make it clear that we, in no way, have scammed or attempted to scam a warranty company or mislead you. That is not how we do business. We strive to give all customers top quality service... that is how we grow and do business, and we settle for nothing less. Having said that, we have had communication issues in this case, and for that we are sorry. We hope to get this set straight ASAP.
