Service Department is No longer Service Oriented. As a returning customer to this dealership I must say I have become very concerned about the service department. I purchased my first new car from them a returning customer to this dealership I must say I have become very concerned about the service department. I purchased my first new car from them in 2006 after moving to Gallatin. Since then I have purchased 4 more new vehicles and 2 used cars for my family. When I first started using their service department they always were very efficient and it was easy to get service done. The past couple of years have seen a decline in the level of service and you can't get even an oil change done in a timely fashion, It doesn't seem to matter what day or time you go in, it is a wait. I have even been told at 2:00 in the afternoon it is too late to get an oil change, bring my car back the next day. Unfortunately, I purchased the maintenance plan with my vehicle so I am in a bind as far as being able to go elsewhere since I have already paid Miracle Ford for my first 60,000 miles of service. Jessica Cobble, one of the service advisors, also has "added" on to my service on my used vehicles charging my daughter 85.00 for an oil change and today charged me for a "better oil" when it was not requested. There have been other issues as well, it seems every visit to the service department has a problem the last few years. I have had nothing but great experiences with the sales team and finance people here and would love to continue to purchase my cars here, however, the service department has me concerned about my next car purchase and what kind of service I would receive from them. They used to be a five star facility, however, I feel they have dropped the ball the last couple of years in the service department area. More
Dishonest dealership that I’ve given multiple opportunities to. Will lie to your face daily. I just knew my transmission was gone in my 2020 Ford Explorer. We used our Ford Roadside Assistance and had the vehicle towed to Miracle Ford. Since it was Labor Day, service was closed so we talked to Explorer. We used our Ford Roadside Assistance and had the vehicle towed to Miracle Ford. Since it was Labor Day, service was closed so we talked to Sandy and explained what had happened. She passed the information to Robert. Tuesday morning Brian called and gave an update. Sandy called and checked on us to make sure we were contacted. By Tuesday afternoon our vehicle was repaired and ready to go. We are very impressed with the customer service, the communication, and the promptness of our repair. Thank you Miracle Ford team as your service is greatly appreciated! More
Extremely Poor Service department Service never returned a single phone call. The only way I got a response was to drop in and ask the same questions I left on the voice mails. Made 3 trips to service department, and additional trip with the vehicle so they could pull code in 1 week to get estimates on repair. Then they said they did not have a lift that could pick up the truck and they couldn't do the work. More
Where did the Service go? This pain's me to write a bad review. We just got our vehicle serviced today with an oil change and it took over 3 hours. It appeared when I would ask a question the young lady at the front desk was annoyed. After the service was done I called up to ask about a discount that I had read about and the same young lady put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I tried to call back and it went right to voicemail. The sad part is we could have done the oil change at our house but in light of all that is going on we wanted to support small businesses. I know these are frustrating times however it is the service that keeps folks coming back. I sincerely hope that Miracle Service department can get back to it's family feel and customer first foundation.. More

This Ford dealership service department is horrible. 6 weeks to replace my engine that was covered under warranty. Only 36k miles. Vehicle failed emission after engine replacement. Another 2 weeks to repl weeks to replace my engine that was covered under warranty. Only 36k miles. Vehicle failed emission after engine replacement. Another 2 weeks to replace a simple C02 sensor. Now they are replacing the turbo. So far It has been over a week and my car still not ready. More
