Hi J.T. As we mentioned in your review on Google, we are sorry that you feel that way. You have taken your vehicle to 3 different Ford dealerships, and none were able to find an issue. We would love to have the work, but unfortunately, we can't fix what isn't broken. We do recommend that you don't drive your vehicle in sport mode all of the time or overly aggressive, as we observed while you were here.

Jim, I must say that for you to respond to a review without ever speaking with me or personally seeing the vehicle seems reckless. Your correct, 3 Ford dealerships physicslly looked at my truck, Actually 4 did. the 1st was the crook Ford dealer Mr. Marshall who sold it to me so why would he find anything, 2nd was your dealership and it was clear that your shop did not wish to be bogged down with it. Then there was Town and Country who pretty much waved me off on the lot after your guys called them. How else would they know my name and to expect me because I did not tell them, Never even got in the door. Then there was Estabrrook Ford where I got a short list. Had to leave the state to locate a dealer away from the crooks here. I already knew it but was told by the General Manager there that dealers like yourself tend to not want warranty work as it pays alot less. Got it all on tape Jim. TJ Mike and Jeff to. Then there was a independant shop as you know whom also gave a short list, along with some xx. Yes I know you all feel im an idiot. Knowing that shop had a relationship with you folks I went to another shop. And all within a week or two of your shop. go back to Google and see the quotes and receipts. And pick up the phone and show your care and speak to your customer rather than publically calling them a liar and leaving yourself open to look this way. As for driving my truck in Sport mode. Pretty certain it's there for a reason but as for all of the time I suppose your intitled to your own perseption of things. Overly aggressive I might add was moreso Mike and TJ rather than Me , it's all on my dash cam Jim. If I drove overly aggressive then that would have been on your lot which is hard to do as it's full and hardly anywhere to park. Not only that but you have witnessed nothing but your own staff feeding you garbage. And heres an example of your character, " You even delete my profile from your system. HMMMM I wonder why....Took my VIP Status and my earned rewards points out of spite......lol funny really... . How devistating what shall i do now....I can only imagine how Sr would feel about how your approaching and not handling this.

Hi Don, I'm sorry but that is not the case. I work directly with Miracle Ford and live right here in Nashville. I don't know why the response time is different, but I can assure you that it is wrong. It actually shows that you responded at 1:00 PM, which also isn't the case. I will let Robert know that he can try to contact you, but he mentioned that your vehicle was under the company name.
