The quality of work in the service center was adequate, but the attitude, demeanor, lack of customer care from the girl at the service counter is poor at best. We are new to this area and have taken our 2 but the attitude, demeanor, lack of customer care from the girl at the service counter is poor at best. We are new to this area and have taken our 2013 ford explorer and 2005 ford F150 super cab in for service and warranty work and she always has this very unfriendly attitude. An attitude that you would not except to get or see from a person whose main job function is interacting with customer. And, the service manager is just as bad. On one visit we stood at the service counter waiting for the girl to stop entering data into her computer. The service manager walked out answered the phone, told her it was for her, then turn and walked back to his office. Did not even ask if he could help us. Waited over 8 minutes before the service girl even asked if she could help us. Not sure who is in charge, but Miracle Ford needs a change in this department. More
After getting ripped off by another body shop, and refusing to pay them a dime more, I brought my car to Miracle Ford and they fixed me right up for a FAIR price! I left this dealership feeling safe and secure with the service they provided, and would recommend that anyone else do the same! Come to Miracle and they'll fix you up the first time around! More
