Took f150 truck in for service 7-5-22, they ordered the part that day, but it is now the 7-20-22 and they can't tell us anything about the part or why they can't get the truck repaired, I found out that part that day, but it is now the 7-20-22 and they can't tell us anything about the part or why they can't get the truck repaired, I found out that there was a recall on the part they can't get and even the ford Co rep. can't help us They are getting the same run around as we are getting.We looked up a video on utube and it explained that Ford has known about the problem since 2019. (Molded leadframe) We have no car at this time and they will not give us a loaner, they just say it is under warrenty so we shouldn't worry. But my mothwer is 81, and I take her to the doctor all the time I am having to call Uber's and its getting expensive. We are a our wits end, where do we go to get some help!! More
A one star rating is too high. I have a 2006 Explorer that had a check engine light. My wife suggested to take it to Ford as they have all the correct software to diagnosis the pro I have a 2006 Explorer that had a check engine light. My wife suggested to take it to Ford as they have all the correct software to diagnosis the problem. They came back with leaking exhaust manifold. Over 2,000.00 dollar fix. We took it to 4 way and they fixed both manifolds for 1,200.00. Still had check engine light. Took back to Ford and this time for another 100.00 check they said it was low fuel pressure. Pump needed to be replaced. Cost was again over 2,000.00 dollars. Took the car to Fritz auto who said the pump was good, bad fuel injector. Saved thousands. Good job Miracle. More
Had an appointment to get keys made and programmed to my truck. Got there a little before appointment time and went in to let them know I was there. They told me just to get in line. So I was 7 cars back and when they got to me they told me it would be 30 minutes to 1 hours tops. I waited 2 hours and 22 minutes for them to get the job done. Turns out the appointment is just with the person who writes down what you come in for. Very dissappointed that I had to wait so long for keys. Would go somewhere else next time. More
Dropped off vehicle for quote on AC repair, gave the go ahead for repairs and was told 3 days max. A month later picked up car. I was lied to on at least 9 occasions. The porter service promised many many pickups that left me waiting 6 different days with no explanation or warning.. Could not get a update or explanation unless I made 6 calls requesting a callback which took 4 days of more calls by me to get a response.. Nothing was done to compensate me. No loaner car,, no offer of discount, absolutely nothing.. I was told management would want to call me about this, as normal that didn't happen. Bryan apologized so that's a point in his favor. I would not let this dealer clean the windshield of my vehicles as it would take a week and 10 lies on their part. Looked at a new F150 when I picked up car, sales acted indifferent about showing me a vehicle. I think I was interrupting. Two days after getting car back I traded it for a new F150 XLT 4X4 at Town and Country Ford. Much, much better customer service and that's where all my business will go. More
Can not speak for sales, however the service department is abysmal. Will give you the work around for weeks while your vehicle waits in limbo for a relatively minor repair. After purchasing 2 vehicles from this dealership within 2 months, and spending over $1,000 in their service department, you would think that they would want to take care of their customers but that is far fr months, and spending over $1,000 in their service department, you would think that they would want to take care of their customers but that is far from the truth. I bought a brand new F-150 from their in March, and spent around $1,700 for a bed liner, and a tonneau cover. Well the bed liner has a gigantic bubble in it, from where it has never laid down completely. I have been up to the service department 2 different times for this issue, has it been fixed? No, it's now July and it still has a bubble in it. The tonneau cover that I paid around $1200 for? It is literally falling apart, and I have been to the dealership 2 different times, the first time they told me they would give me some "special glue", to put it back together, they never gave it to me. 2 months later, after it is deteriorating even more, they told me that they would give me a call this week when the gentleman who makes "warranty decisions" got back from vacation. Well it is Friday at 5:00, have I gotten a call? xxxx no. The service department NEVER follows thru on ANYTHING! I feel at this point, I am treated like a number, and they got my money, so they have no reason to care. Here is my question, why would I have to wait for some guy to get back to "see" if it is under warranty???????? I PURCHASED THE COVER AND BED LINER IN APRIL, WHY WOULD THEY NOT BE UNDER WARRANTY!?!?!?!? After spending a total of $75k with Miracle within 2 months, I can tell that my business was not appreciated. Oh and don't even get me started on the Fender Flares that I had ordered for my truck...... I take my truck in to have them put on while I was getting my oil changed, makes sense right? Well after sitting there for 2 hours they give me the keys back and inform me that they didn't have enough time to complete it, and that I would have to come back at a later time....... it was 3:00PM when they told me that, they had my truck since 1:00PM, WHY DID I SIT THERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS WAITING!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WHY DOES NO ONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING????? NO ONE FOLLOWS UP!!!!! I WILL ALSO BE FILING A REPORT WITH FORD, ON THE COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS DEALERSHIP HAS! More

Absolutely appalling experience with service/ body shop. Our truck was in shop for 7 weeks and still not fixed correctly. From the beginning we identified problems in that refurbished chassis parts were ord Our truck was in shop for 7 weeks and still not fixed correctly. From the beginning we identified problems in that refurbished chassis parts were ordered however insurance only approved new parts. We had to contact service manager to get the supposed “mistake” corrected. We subsequently found hammer marks and dents on all of the door hinges on passenger side; metal shins under the hood; the rear passenger door has a drop when opened. We returned vehicle 5 times without adequate repairs.We then made decision to have it taken to another shop and were appalled that the owner has yet to accept responsibility and is not upset that we won’t give them “ another chance” strike 5= out . Not only do we have to deal with wrecked vehicle but now have further damage as a result of their incompetence and negligence. More
