A Great First Experience with the Service Department! I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checke I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checked out the website and was impressed with what I say so I set up an service appointment. I was welcomed the minute I pulled into the service bay. Wayne Hill, who I did not know was the manager at the time, took my info and asked if I needed any other services done. Then I went to the customer waiting area which had everything I needed to wait...from coffee, vending machines, TV's, and work areas if you brought a laptop which I did. During my wait the General Manager, Jimmy Galvin, Jr. came by to make sure I was having a good visit. My wait was not long and Wayne came back and told me I need my A/C worked on including parts which would have to be ordered..they were covered under my warranty...and we scheduled a day to drop my truck off and pick up my rental. When I came back they had a very nice Ford Fusion waiting for me. My truck was ready the following day. Needless to say, my trip went off without a hitch and my truck is still running great. Miracle Ford will continue to get my business as long as I own my truck! I highly recommend their service department to anyone I know! More
Still A Great Body Shop Unfortunately, I had to visit Marty and his crew at the Body Shop again. This time it was my '16 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. Someone on the interstate ra Unfortunately, I had to visit Marty and his crew at the Body Shop again. This time it was my '16 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. Someone on the interstate ran over some debris that flew into the passenger side of my car damaging the side mirror, door glass and putting a wrinkle in the rear quarter panel. The Body Shop did all the repairs flawlessly. you can't even tell that there was ever any damage; it looks like it did when I bought it new. Thanks!!! More

In August, to avoid a wreck, my wife was forced to make an unexpected turn into a parking lot. While making the turn she clipped a curb which damaged the right rocker panel in front of the rear wheel. Marty and his crew were very professional, courteous and friendly. The repair was flawless. To their credit, when the initial repair wasn't satisfactory to them, they never hesitated to redo the work and treated it just like it was their own vehicle. Thanks... More

The work was completed to my satisfaction, and it was completed in a most timely manner. The facility is comfortable and the staff engaging and knowledgeable. The Service Writer was someone I had worked with before, and once again, he and all staff were great to work with. Cindy in the Cashier's Office was nice and courteous. Bryan Hopper, who sold me my car and is now in management, saw me and came to Service to speak to me. He asked me about my wife, which was very nice, and much appreciated! Overall, good experience. Terrible Customer Service in the Service Dept. Called in and spoke to someone over the phone about a issue listed as a RECALL on my vehicle health report. The item advised me to bring my car to the dealership to have my car checked out. The phone call was unpleasant, the lady, Tonya or something I could barely understand over background noise. Dismissively told me to bring it in first thing Monday morning as they were too busy to handle it at the moment. I dropped the car off and waited. I called in and spoke to TJ who very condescendingly told me I was wrong about it being a recall(even though i'd already been through it once), the website was wrong, and that they would not repair my vehicle until the part broke. I have never been treated so patronizingly or rudely by any other dealership (Bates In Lebanon which has always been nice to me, and Two rivers were my usual choices) I will not be doing business with this dealership unless unavoidably forced to. I was extremely disappointed with the terrible attitude of the service department. Go to Madison or Lebanon instead. More
