Never an issue with service or explanation of benefits. Jessica Cobble is always attentive and never too busy (but actually slammed), to provide excellent customer care and service. Having zero understanding of vehicles, most dealerships just blurt terminology and then ask for your card. The staff always explain and I never feel rushed. I would say that in the past I had some disappointing experiences with Ford (10+ years Ford driver), and was about done. Jessica and her staff make me want to stay with the Ford family! More
If I wanted to be ignored by someone I'm about to give my hard-earned money to, I'd just send it to the IRS. Since Gallatin Ford bought Miracle Ford the service has been horrendous. My wife and I both own Explorers (I just bought a new 2024 there a few months ago). If I thought you cared enough to change, I'd recommend starting with an entirely new service team - front and back. But don't worry about me, my Ford vehicles, or my money... I'm happy to share my misery with the rest of the world :-). More
