I took my vehicle in for regular routine maintenance and service. My service advisor was Miss Jessica. She always does an amazing job. This last service was a great example. They were very good at listening to my issue. They communicated well but unfortunately not able to repair my rattling at this time. They thought it had been repaired but the noise has returned.
