“Working with Gallatin Ford was a fantastic experience. The communication was top-tier, and Noah, my representative, was extremely knowledgeable and well-informed. I couldn’t have asked for bet experience. The communication was top-tier, and Noah, my representative, was extremely knowledgeable and well-informed. I couldn’t have asked for better service! “My experience with the warranty company was far from what I expected. It took an excessive amount of time to reach a resolution for servicing my vehicle. When I purchased my Ford Expedition, I was told that any repairs would be covered and that I would only be responsible for a $100 deductible. However, when I filed a claim, there was significant back-and-forth between the dealership and the warranty company, which seemed unnecessary and frustrating. Ultimately, the warranty company replaced my transmission with a remanufactured or refurbished product—something I don’t recall being disclosed when I purchased the warranty. To make matters worse, I was charged $615 because the warranty company refused to cover the dealership’s labor costs. I want to emphasize that the dealership was not at fault—they were completely supportive and worked diligently to resolve the issue. I understand that certain charges are unavoidable, but I was disappointed to bear additional costs that I believed were covered under the warranty. This experience was not what I expected from a warranty sold at Ford dealerships, and it has left me very dissatisfied.” More
