The only area that I believe could be improved upon is the amount of time it takes to go through the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle. We were there nearly 4 hours for the whole process to take place. That’s a little long. But, overall, a very good experience. More

I rate this company a 4 only because everything can be improved but really I would rate them a 4+ or 5- as they were exceptional. i originally wanted a build sheet for a new vehicle which Tammy did -matching my build on the internet while explaining the process. We looked 2 months on the internet and went to 11 dealerships including Honda, Hyundai and settled on Ford. We did not purchase new as a used model with less than 40 thousand miles fit our family better.
