I've interacted with 5 different employees in the past few weeks and the common theme with all of them is they seem unhappy (at least that's how they come across so if that's not true, then Miracle you ha few weeks and the common theme with all of them is they seem unhappy (at least that's how they come across so if that's not true, then Miracle you have a perception problem on your hands). That would lead one to believe the culture at Miracle Ford is not great. F&I guy (I won't name him) is particularly ornery and disrespectful. Overall, I gave this dealership plenty of opportunities to earn my business, as I like to support local businesses, but I will first look elsewhere if "Miracle" is on the dealership marquee. More
