Had Mobile service done on Aug. 7 2024. Collin Gregory and another crew member with him were very courteous and professional. Came out to do an oil change and recall service for my 7 2024. On the beginning salesman, Amari, promised me a full tank of gas whenever the deal was done and I never received it and when I left the lot I noticed that it was on a 1/4 tank and I texted him and asked abou of gas whenever the deal was done and I never received it and when I left the lot I noticed that it was on a 1/4 tank and I texted him and asked about it, he then stated it was only for new vehicles. I have always gotten two keys for any vehicle I purchased, new or used and when I ask later about a second key, I was told the other owner only turned in one and that's all they have. I admit it was few days after my purchase, but I asked if I could get a second key and was told NO. I will say this, in 1975 I had a truck painted at a Ford dealer in Nashville, they broke a $1.10 light cover and refused to replace it. I never purchase anything from them till this day and I will do the same with Miracle Ford and I will not refer anyone to Miracle Ford. It's only fair that I get a second key to my vehicle that I purchased. Amari was the sales person, not John Booker and I give Amari -1 star More
