Gallatin Fird is extremely busy, not unlike other dealers I made an appointment a week in advance, Stephanie the service writer said I would need to leave my truck 2-4days, I wanted an inspection of my panor I made an appointment a week in advance, Stephanie the service writer said I would need to leave my truck 2-4days, I wanted an inspection of my panoramic moon roof and estimate, I was disappointed for sure, Stephanie then went to speak with the 'Foreman', he said to leave my truck and maybe he wiuld get to it by the end of day, I waited because I took off work and needed this done. About 20 minutes later Stephanie came back to me and said the Foreman inspected my truck and she told me his findings and estimate, I appreciate Stephanie going to bat for me and the Foreman for taking the time earlier and giving me a fair estimate. I'll be returning soon to have my repair done. More
