He was very professional, not pushy, and only wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I was purchasing before I drove it off the lot. He continued to follow up with me in the days after my purchase to inform me of when the minor repairs would take place and even made sure they could come to my location versus driving all the way back to Gallatin from Murfreesboro.
