When I went on the test drive, he actually pointed out a few things that needed to be corrected if I were interested in the vehicle instead of sitting quietly by and letting me find out on my own after the sale. He was very professional, not pushy, and only wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I was purchasing before I drove it off the lot. He continued to follow up with me in the days after my purchase to inform me of when the minor repairs would take place and even made sure they could come to my location versus driving all the way back to Gallatin from Murfreesboro. I would highly recomned Daniel and this dealership if your looking for someone to treat you fairly and not push you into a vehicle you do not need! More

Miracle Ford was also willing to negotiate with me to the best of their ability. Dan introduced me to Sales Manager, Jim Odell, who was also very cordial and listened to my concerns. So much so, that I was looking forward to purchasing my next car (but first from Miracle Ford) as well. After narrowing my choice from their website, my wife and I stopped by the dealership to check out the 2014 Lincoln MXZ we were interested in. We were promptly greeted by Michael James, newly hired- but an obvious great asset to the dealership, with his natural and friendly manner. After our test drive, we set an appointment to meet again to discuss a possible deal. The next day visit, Mike made us feel very welcome, never pushy and we decide to talk about a possible purchase. We soon met with Kris Somaru and Jim O'Dell who coordinated our financing and overall deal. We have never had a more pleasurable experience in purchasing a car! These folks set the standard for excellence that other dealerships should model. I would certainly purchase from them again. HIGHLY recommended! More

Thank you Jamie Bailiff for helping me get my Flex !!!! I had been looking at Ford Flexes for about 2/3 months. I found the Flex of my dreams at Miracle Ford in Gallatin! I called to check on it. Jamie Bail I had been looking at Ford Flexes for about 2/3 months. I found the Flex of my dreams at Miracle Ford in Gallatin! I called to check on it. Jamie Bailiff answered the phone and told me about the Flex. So the very next day I went to test-drive the Flex and meet Jamie for the first time. I have test-drove about 4 different Flexes mostly because some of the sales men were too pushy or didn’t really care about what I was looking for, not Jamie and I felt like we have been old friends. He helped me crunch numbers for 3 hours. Yet I still could not leave with my Flex. He told me when I left that he would text me every day to let me know it was still there. I had found the Flex of my dreams and I was just waiting on the insurance company. He did what he said, he texted and even called on his day off, just to let me know no one bought my Flex. This was a piece of mind for me! On 05/04/2016 I walked in and got my Flex!!! Jamie Bailiff is truly the Friendly Ford Man!! More
