On the beginning salesman, Amari, promised me a full tank of gas whenever the deal was done and I never received it and when I left the lot I noticed that it was on a 1/4 tank and I texted him and asked abou of gas whenever the deal was done and I never received it and when I left the lot I noticed that it was on a 1/4 tank and I texted him and asked about it, he then stated it was only for new vehicles. I have always gotten two keys for any vehicle I purchased, new or used and when I ask later about a second key, I was told the other owner only turned in one and that's all they have. I admit it was few days after my purchase, but I asked if I could get a second key and was told NO. I will say this, in 1975 I had a truck painted at a Ford dealer in Nashville, they broke a $1.10 light cover and refused to replace it. I never purchase anything from them till this day and I will do the same with Miracle Ford and I will not refer anyone to Miracle Ford. It's only fair that I get a second key to my vehicle that I purchased. Amari was the sales person, not John Booker and I give Amari -1 star More

We took our 2020 Explorer here for a faulty screen that's a known issue. This is after it was there about a year ago for the same problem that they said they fixed but didn't. They called my wife and told he a known issue. This is after it was there about a year ago for the same problem that they said they fixed but didn't. They called my wife and told her the new screen wouldn't work with a battery that only charged to 59% so we paid $400 for a new battery. My daughter picked the car up and the screen still didn't work right. Now we are being told only the backup camera was replaced and the screen wasn't? This isn't the first issue I've had there. We took the same vehicle in because the bottom of the cup holder fell out and they just took the console apart and pushed it up so when we put a cup in it the bottom fell out again. Jessica is AWESOME and I enjoy dealing with her but the service department is HORRIBLE! I've taken all my vehicles here for years and I'm so tired of being disappointed that I'll go somewhere else from now on. The car has an extended warranty and I guess we will try another dealership since they simply can't communicate and meet a customers expectations. More
