John answered all of my questions, explaining the features of the truck in a way that made it very easy for me to understand (I'm from an era where computers and digital gadgets weren't integrated into every aspect of cars and trucks). I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want, need, or ask for ... Once I made the decision to buy the F-150, John found me rebates, special offers, and price breaks that he could have easily withheld from me and I would have been none the wiser.
