My wife and I both own Explorers (I just bought a new 2024 there a few months ago). If I thought you cared enough to change, I'd recommend starting with an entirely new service team - front and back. But don't worry about me, my Ford vehicles, or my money... I'm happy to share my misery with the rest of the world :-). More
