I was set me up with a fair price, but that’s the extent of it. (Thus the one star) As a customer service person Adam was very unprofessional and made up information like the car had brand new seats install of it. (Thus the one star) As a customer service person Adam was very unprofessional and made up information like the car had brand new seats installed at no cost. (The seats were not changed) He also told me heated seats were half way done, but when I went on site to follow up they couldn’t get to it for another week. He was very disrespectful when I asked questions, as if it was not appropriate for me to do so. I will not work with him again.
