Deceitful about the ability to switch vehicles within a 72 hour period if purchasing the protection plan. Had it been made clear that I could lose thousands of dollars in the “trade,” I would have made su 72 hour period if purchasing the protection plan. This tactic caused me to not fully do my typical due diligence. Don’t fall for the trap! More

Sales was very good. Tammy Morrison worked hard on my behalf. Service department was fair at best, poor detailing initially and service transport.
