Jessica was very polite and pleasant. I had an appointment for 9:15 a.m. for my oil change, and she greeted me promptly. She recommended a tire rotation as well, which I agreed. Miracle Ford was just awesome. My day started out with my car not starting. Had to jump start it, then went to run some errands and had to jump start it again. I called Miracle and My day started out with my car not starting. Had to jump start it, then went to run some errands and had to jump start it again. I called Miracle and they asked me to come as soon as I could get there and they would check it out. It ended up being the battery which was still under warranty. They got me taken care of and saved my day as I had grandkids that I needed to pick up at school. Could not have asked for better service! More

My first time there. I was very impressed with the drop-off and pickup procedure. They did a recall on my truck and it was done in a very short time even though I dropped I was very impressed with the drop-off and pickup procedure.
