If I wanted to be ignored by someone I'm about to give my hard-earned money to, I'd just send it to the IRS. Since Gallatin Ford bought Miracle Ford the service has been horrendous. My wife and I both own Explorers (I just bought a new 2024 there a few months ago). If I thought you cared enough to change, I'd recommend starting with an entirely new service team - front and back.
