I Traded my vehicle in for a new Fusion at Miracle Ford. In a nutshell I was in the market and decided while killing time to stop at Miracle Ford and ask about a new Fusion they had on the front line. It had a great color / package combination and the price was right. John Parker was the first one to speak to me and he was the one i trusted to guide me through the process of buying my next vehicle. Never once did I not feel like family. Respect honesty and caring through the show the test drive and running the numbers. Needless to say we sat down and made it work for the best outcome for everyone. John Parker stayed right with me all the way through since this was the first one i had bought on my own. Seamless and smooth with all of my questions answered with compassion caring and honesty. Once the majority of the deal was done Bill Parker along with several others went out of there way to help clean out my trade while i was in the finance office. They all stayed late to ensure i was taken great care of. Once the ink hit the paper it was over. That quick and that easy. No hassel. I think the finance managers name was Jim. I could go on the same about his customer service as well as he treated me great. Once i left the dealer with my new car and an appt for a free detail set i was happy. Came in this morning and not only left with a hat and a detail / enviromental package installed i also had a thorough understanding of how everything worked in the new car. Phone was synced codes were set and the car looked amazing. Not to leave of course without several congrats had shakes and compliments on how well the new car looks. Wow. I am happy to put five stars on Miracle Ford. The Parker Brothers and Jim Morgan. Thank you for your time and help through this life event. I also want to mention the detail guy did a great job on my car and is to be commended as well. Sorry i didnt catch his name. Everyone i made contact with was top shelf across the board. More
A year later....... I bought a truck! I met Mickey Avaritt in Sept 2014 while looking to trade trucks. I had a set amount I wanted to spend, so I ended up buying another brand's "smaller" I met Mickey Avaritt in Sept 2014 while looking to trade trucks. I had a set amount I wanted to spend, so I ended up buying another brand's "smaller" truck, as I just didn't want to spend the additional $5K. Ten months later, I called Mickey and he began working to find me a "full size" truck with the accessories that I wanted for "near" the price I wanted to pay. I spoke with about 8 other dealerships and only two sales guys bothered to follow up. Mickey was one of them. I ended up trading my "smaller" truck and getting an F150 from Mickey at Miracle the last week of August, and I WISH I'd gotten this vehicle last year instead of the "smaller" truck to save a few dollars. Mickey was persistent in that he kept telling me "Don't buy from anyone else until you at least give me one more chance" and he grabbed this F150 coming off the delivery truck and called me to come see it. On one visit, Mickey was attending to his wife in the hospital and Charlie Piper worked with me and my wife for a couple test drives. We finalized our "deal" with Derrick Baker and Jim Morgan took care of the "money paperwork". Before we left, we met Jim Galvin, the owner. Very friendly and several times in our conversation he thanked us for our business. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience and we're looking forward to MANY MANY years of enjoyment with our new F150 from Mickey at Miracle. More

I have found that everyone is more than helpful, but Mr. Earl Brown is one of the exceptional sales people that I have dealt with for all three purchases. Parts, Finance, Sales, the office ladies have always been courteous and friendly. More

And it has a life time power train guarantee. Try getting that at Miracle Ford. We purchased our new Escape se from the Ford - Lincoln of Franklin Tn. And it was cheaper than the so called certified used car there trying to sell us. We have never had a better car buying experience. Ford -Lincoln of Franklin Tn. might be a little farther to drive but the savings and experience were well worth the drive. The life time guarantee is unbelievable. Thank you Miracle Ford for the terrible time at your store. We would have never found Ford -Lincoln of Franklin if it wasn't for our time at Miracle. More

Terrible Customer Service in the Service Dept. Called in and spoke to someone over the phone about a issue listed as a RECALL on my vehicle health report. The item advised me to bring my car to the dealership to have my car checked out. The phone call was unpleasant, the lady, Tonya or something I could barely understand over background noise. Dismissively told me to bring it in first thing Monday morning as they were too busy to handle it at the moment. I dropped the car off and waited. I called in and spoke to TJ who very condescendingly told me I was wrong about it being a recall(even though i'd already been through it once), the website was wrong, and that they would not repair my vehicle until the part broke. I have never been treated so patronizingly or rudely by any other dealership (Bates In Lebanon which has always been nice to me, and Two rivers were my usual choices) I will not be doing business with this dealership unless unavoidably forced to. I was extremely disappointed with the terrible attitude of the service department. Go to Madison or Lebanon instead. More
