Worst run around ever, my mother is 82 years old we got up and took her jeep in before you opened, she was assured all day long several times it was almost finished and here we sit at closing and it is sti up and took her jeep in before you opened, she was assured all day long several times it was almost finished and here we sit at closing and it is still not fixed and everyone went home and left us on hold on two phones for over 20 minutes finally said its ready now, but apparently a Mario is the only one there. i had my truck serviced a few weeks ago at the dealership because of the special they have but when i took my truck in they said i was over my service miles and the warranty was no good it is the warranty yo because of the special they have but when i took my truck in they said i was over my service miles and the warranty was no good it is the warranty you get if they are the only place you have your car serviced the problem with that is what do you do if you go on vacation for witch i did and i was at my service miles so i had it done because i would have been 3000 miles over when i got back plus they wanted to charge me to rotate my tires witch i did not need done and they said because i did not have it done that would also void the warranty witch it was i tried 4 different times to call the service manger and he never called me back also i tried to call the dealership general manger twice and he also has not returned my calls either what is a person to do if they go on along road trip and can not get back in time More

Needed an emergency repair when I was on vacation in TN and they came through huge! We were 900 miles from home and the engine lifters locked up. The worse place to fix your car! I have a Chrysler 300c I paid them $1800 to fix my car and my car is still not fixed! They replaced my ECM & Pcm but I'm having the same problem, ins I have a Chrysler 300c I paid them $1800 to fix my car and my car is still not fixed! They replaced my ECM & Pcm but I'm having the same problem, instead of them admitting that the ECM & PCM was never the problem, and refunding my money so i can take it somewhere else to try & get it fixed, they will have me drop my car off to them keep it for a week or so & say they replaced something but no sooner than I get my car back its doing the same thing & eventually the check engine light comes on. Last time I picked my car up from them,not even 10 minutes after I picked it up it shut off on me twice, I immediately called them and spoke with Brandy, told her what was going on, she said she will tell Ben & they will get back to me needless to say I have not heard from them & it has been almost two weeks! I have not called them because I feel like I am begging them to fix my car & it seems like they don't care at all! I've been wondering how could they replace stuff on my car but it's doing the same thing but it's common sense whe things that were replaced (if they were actually replaced) was never the problem! I just want a refund or my car fixed! More

Difficult fix made much easier by your organization. Price was fair. Service exemplary. We ran into a minor problem that could have easily been used as an “excuse”. But service writer Mario notice a minor problem that was fixed easily, repair was completed and surprisingly, they washed my vehicle before returning it. I’m 70 and I figure I got one more new vehicle in my life. It’ll be a good one. (Top of the line new ev pickup when y’all get them?) And while I don’t lock myself into anything, my business and any future business or referrals I may have will be yours to lose. Great job guys!! More
