We took our 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 truck to Miracle Dodge for ANOTHER factory recall. Ryan at the check-in Service Desk was very receptive & friendly!! The process took almost 3 weeks to get fixed, partly be for ANOTHER factory recall. Ryan at the check-in Service Desk was very receptive & friendly!! The process took almost 3 weeks to get fixed, partly because of, I was told, getting the parts & Covid! In the process of fixing the actual 2 recall issues, they found something else that needed addressing which left us trying to decide if we EVEN wanted to continue with this truck, thus more wait time/more wait time & $$$$ !!! Needless to say, we got frustrated at the situation & that we could have been more informed quicker, etc. !!! BUT - IN THE END, Ryan took care of us ! He remined calm, understanding, helpful during my "semi-rant" over the truck & the whole situation!!! He got the Service tech & manager to explain some stuff & all!!! So, despite the frustration that ALWAYS GOES ALONG with having car/truck/even human health issues, we left there IN our truck & satisfied, so IF we had to, I would use them again !! BE BLESSED & BE A BLESSING!!! More

I dropped off Ram 1500 in “limp mode” at my 7:30am “appointment.” Apparently Brandy was the “consultant” or service writer who took my truck in. All Brandy ever told me after her initial greeting and “appointment.” Apparently Brandy was the “consultant” or service writer who took my truck in. All Brandy ever told me after her initial greeting and brief inquiry was, “sign here with your finger; there’s a $129 charge for diagnostics.” Brandy offered no more information and never spoke another word to me. Three hours after leaving my truck with Brandy and Miracle Chrysler, I called the service department in an attempt to find out if the problem with my truck problem had been diagnosed. “Tonya” in the service department answered my call and sent me directly to Brandy’s voice mail. I left a message with Brandy stating that I was simply calling to inquire of the status or diagnosis of my truck. After 30 minutes of not hearing back from Brandy, I called the service department back and once again Tonya answered. I explained to Tonya that I only wanted to know the diagnosis on my truck, and that my thinking was, that Tonya, or any service manager/writer answering the phone for the service department could look up my info and tell me the status of my vehicle within the service department system. Tonya asked me to bear with her as she attempted to locate Brandy. Apparently Brandy was still unavailable 35 minutes after my initial call and voice mail. Tonya came back on the line and told me Brandy was on her way back to her desk and that if I “will give her [Brandy] a few minutes she will call you right back.” One hour and fifteen minutes later I called the service department again, and once again Tonya answered. I explained to Tonya that I still had not heard from Brandy and that I simply wanted to know the status of my truck. Tonya attempted again to send me on the Brandy loop leading nowhere, and so being fed up with the lack of help, service, and communication within the Miracle Chrysler service department, I told Tonya to never mind that I was coming to pick up my vehicle, and to please have it ready. When my wife and I arrived at the service department a young man asked if he could help us. I told the young man my situation and he asked if Brandy was helping me. I explained to the man that I was told by Tonya that it was Brandy who “has your car,” so then I guess it is Brandy. And, too, that “Brandy” is the name I get from everyone I speak with, and who everyone tries to refer me to, but, that I have been unable to speak to Brandy since I dropped off my truck off at my 7:30am “appointment,” which was 5 hours ago. As I was speaking to this young man another customer drove up and so the young man quickly pawned me off to yet another young man so the first young man could run off to “help” the person that had just entered the service department bay door. I explained to the second young man (who I found out by having to ask, was named “Ryan”) my situation, and that I had simply been trying to get the status of my vehicle. Finally, after conferring with with a technician in the service area, Ryan told me that, incredibly, “they never got to your truck.” I told Ryan that I was picking up my truck and so he quickly went to retrieve my vehicle from the back lot where it had been parked for 5 hours, or since my 7:30 appointment. After Ryan brought my truck around I asked him, what is the purpose of having an appointment time if the vehicle is just going to be registered in, and then parked on the back lot indefinitely? Ryan told me the appointment time is for “the consultation with us, or the service writers.” I will also mention that Ryan, who helped more than any one person, looked at me astounded when I said that I had never been updated or told the status of my vehicle, and that the process of how vehicles and services writers, and time frames, had never been explained to me at any point. I told Ryan that all “Brandy” ever said to me was, “good morning, what can I do for you ... what’s it doing ... is it under warranty ... sign here with your finger; there’s a $129 charge for diagnostics.” Ryan told me that I should have been updated about my truck and that the process should have been explained, to which I had to agree with Ryan. I never heard again from Brandy. And I will never again have any business dealings with Miracle Chrysler. It seems apparent to me that they just don’t care about customers after they sign the dotted line and leave the lot, at which point the customer simply becomes a victim having purchased another unit in which to enhance the bottomline. I had my 16 year old son take his Dodge Challenger for there for his very first oil change. His car only had 5,000 miles on it. My son left the dealership and not long after called me to tell me the chec there for his very first oil change. His car only had 5,000 miles on it. My son left the dealership and not long after called me to tell me the check engine light had come in. I told him that he needed to take it back to the dealership. A few minutes later he called me back to tell me that his car was smoking. I told him to pull over immediately. I called the dealership and the gave me the number to call a tow truck. I had my Dad meet my son to check on him and all the oil was gone out of the car. The car was towed back to the dealership. I spoke with the service manager to find out that the o-ring has been left out. The had to refill with all new oil, put a new filter in and an o-ring. This should have never happened. If you can’t trust your local dealership for a simple oil change then why should you trust them for anything else. The service manager was very nice and apologized, but again, this should not have happened. Basically, a brand new car, the very first oil change, the car only had 5,000 miles on it and they almost let the motor get blown! I’m thankful my teenager had enough sense to call me. More

Unmatched customer service! I was treated like family from the moment I walked in the door. All employees were extremely courteous and professional. Desiree Dorris in particular, went well beyond the sco from the moment I walked in the door. All employees were extremely courteous and professional. Desiree Dorris in particular, went well beyond the scope of her job to ensure I was taken care of and updated every step of the way. Her customer service alone will make me a return customer for life. In a society with declining customer service, it was refreshing to see company that is doing such a great job! Thank you Miracle Dodge and thank you Desiree! More
