Attempted to have my 2005 Crossfire diagnosed for a no start issue. Made two appointments with the service department. Had to rent a truck and auto hauler to get Crossfire to dealership, a round trip of o start issue. Made two appointments with the service department. Had to rent a truck and auto hauler to get Crossfire to dealership, a round trip of over 100 miles. Arrived at dealership and informed service that I had arrived with the car. The service people acted strange and spoke to one another in whispers. A service person then went out and took mileage and vin number from Crossfire. Then walked me around their service lot seeking a place for me to unload the car. We then walked back into the service reception area and the same service person informed me that they did not work on Crossfires because they did not have the technology to do so. The same service person proceeded to tell me that I would have to take the car to a Mercedes dealer another 100 away, round trip. I have never experienced such unprofessional and deceptive service. At no point during the multiple calls to make the appointment reservation, did anyone ever mention that Miracle Chrysler did not work on Chrysler Crossfires. They obviously do not employ mechanics who can diagnose a modern combustion engine with electronic ignition, merely computer technicians who can only perform work as instructed by a computer. I am selling the car and will never own another Chrysler, Jeep, nor Dodge. This experienced cost me $350 in rentals, gas, and late penalties because of Miracle Chrysler in Gallatin, TN. More
Set up an appointment for recall snd service on 1/27/23 at 8 am. Arrived early and was told my vehicle would be ready at lunchtime. The worst place to go in the area to purchase a vehicle. Ten days after i purchase my vehicle the checkin engine light came on. Juliet, TN at a church 7175 Fellowship church.I called 911 to get the van off the road This is a true Please have the General manager call me at 615 530-8344 ASAP! about this matter My dad and my husband looked under the hood Miracle shop done something under the hood to caused my mother and I to get broke down right before Thanksgiving we could not celebrate Thanksgiving at all Did not get home until 10:00 P.M. How would you fell about this to take care the seniors about this is not right at all! You need to talk to the empolyees about this matter. Since the $900.00 to fix the van out of my parents pockets I we will celebrate Christmas day at the homeless shelter no money for food or gifts this year!!!!!!!!!! My experience with Jeep Miracle exceeded my expectations. My new vehicle broke down while I was visiting Tennessee from my homestate MI. Brandy and Mario went above and beyond to make this a smooth and quick ordeal for me. I had never dealt with this issue before, especially with a new vehicle. For the amount of work that had to be done with my truck, Jeep Miracle expedited the parts and service work and had my truck back to me in MI within a short timespan. I work as an insurance agent in MI and I will be recommending my hundreds of customers to Jeep for any future purchases and will advise them of the great job they did. I have been working with a different Dodge Dealership from September 2021 until July 2022 . They had my 2018 Dodge Durango just about every other week. They never could fix it, so I called Miracle Dodg from September 2021 until July 2022 . They had my 2018 Dodge Durango just about every other week. They never could fix it, so I called Miracle Dodge for a second opinion. They had my dodge FIXED yes FIXED in less than a week. I was so amazed. I will never take my baby to anyone else ever again. Miracle Dodge truly is a Miracle worker!!!! Mario was my Service manager and he was amazing. Be sure to ask for him, he will make sure you are taken care of!! More
