They are very manipulative w their pricing and sales tactics. Both in sales and in service. They dont even balance your tires when they rotate them. And they dont even tell you as much. They push packages in service instead of giving you a fair price on a single service. No “lifetime” warranty is worth it w this place. You pay for it 3 times over by the time you would ever have to use it. They will never touch my truck again. I was nice about the sales experience thinking it was an honest mistake. Now I know better. This past, and final, service with them was literally a bait and switch. Asked what the price was going to be and come to get my truck and it was almost 200 dollars more. The service lady was very kind, but either she doesnt know what shes doing w the pricing, or it was literally a bait and switch tactic. I am done w this dealership More

Communication from the service department is non-existent and the attitude when you do speak to someone is like they're doing the customer a favor talking to them. Scheduled a service appointment for several factory recalls on a 2022 Ram 2500, for 0900am on 8/21. Was called at 1600 on 8/21 and they stated their tech had left for the day at 1500 due to family emergency, but that they'd call me in the morning with an ETA. At 1000am on 8/22 I called service department (since noone had called me as promised) and was transferred to appointment line, they said they'd track down an ETA and have somoene call me. At 1400 on 8/22 I called back (since noone had called me) and was told they were tracking down an ETA but did not have one. As a business owner myself, I understand things happen and delays are part of the world we live in, but communication is an easy solution to many problems. As a customer, I just needed to know how to plan my day without this vehicle. We buy multiple new trucks every year, and I will certainly not spend any additional money at this dealership for this reason. More
