I gave a great rating because the staff was honest. I was asked to do things that I did not need, I had questions about my second car and ray took the time to answer all of them. I had my 2013 Dodge Ram in for a oil service and when I picked it up I asked if they can show me how to stop the radio from playing for 45 seconds after the key is off and the doors are shut. The service t picked it up I asked if they can show me how to stop the radio from playing for 45 seconds after the key is off and the doors are shut. The service tech showed me how to do it and I showed him that it would not stay and would reset back to factory setting of 45 seconds. The service tech told me he would send an email to Chrysler to see if they know what is wrong. It has been over a week and never heard anything. Today I had my wife's van oil changed and again ask if they heard anything on my truck the service lady said she has not and went to get the service tech but he supposedly went to lunch. She told me she would call me today with an answer whether they heard anything from Chrysler or not but it is after 9pm and not heard anything. You would figure a 2013 Dodge Ram would not be too hard to get an answer on a maintenance problem or would like to find out the problem in case any other new truck is having the same problem. Right now I am very disappointed with Dodge Ram and Miracle Car Dealer on my situation which all they had to do is keep communication with me but when you go weeks and hear nothing makes you feel like they don't care about your problem.. Finally received call from dealership and was told how to fix the problem and it worked so far. I am now satisfied with there service just wish they would communicate better. A phone call every couple of days or email saying they haven't heard from Chrysler would have been good then I would have felt like they were working on the problem instead of me asking all the time. Again this is a Nice friendly dealership and would recommend them because they will fix whatever problem you have. More
These two guys that support your sales staff are great. They are easy to work with and they always work to please. My last visit was to change out my factory rims to a different factory rim. Chris was professional, friendly and very helpful. He worked with me on my options for new rims. I still wasn't sure of how the rim would look. Chris got one in to show me. I was sold. Chris then hooked me up with Ray in service. Ray was easy to work with. We set up an appointment to replace the rims and Ray told me what to expect for replacing the rims. When I arrived for my appointment Ray got me checked in. Within an hour your service staff replaced my rims and had me back on the road. The rims look great. I want to thank Chris in parts and Ray in service along with your mechanics for taking great care of my Charger. More

I appreciated Ray's customer-service focus and friendly, calm manner when explaining problems as they came up. However, the "Vehicle Checkup" form was not filled out and I am left to wonder if th friendly, calm manner when explaining problems as they came up. However, the "Vehicle Checkup" form was not filled out and I am left to wonder if the total inspection was completed and if so what the status is for the unmarked areas. As usual I can always expect that the paper mat has been left in my Jeep and the greasy hand print in left on the material portion of the drivers door. I have not figured out why the greasy hand print is necessary but it is always there following service. That is an example of why I am a regular customer to another auto service business and only come to the Jeep dealer when a really good coupon comes my way. Would I recommend the dealership -- not very often but sometimes. Just before Christmas I was experiencing a problem with my Jeep and was told by your service department that they were booked and couldn't help me until later the next week. I found another business who took the Jeep without hesitation and ended up replacing the radiator by the end of the day. Meaning that I could drive to my parent's a few hours away for Christmas. That business I readily recommend to everyone needing service because even without a coupon they deliver on service, friendly customer relations and no greasy hand prints or paper mats anywhere on/in the Jeep. Their prices are reasonable considering the excellent, thorough and timely service delivered. More
I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Taurus. Within a few days, I noticed a fluid on the floor mat. I was really concerned. I posted on my fb to get feedback from my friends. I spoke to my salesman and he set up an appointment for service on Monday, that worked for both of us. When they tested my vehicle, it would not leak. I immitated everything that was possible and it would not leak. My reason to post is that sometimes used car salesmen get a bad rap. This salesman was headed that way, until he did some positive means of approach. He was willing to negotiate. He was willing to test the vehicle. He was willing to fix a loose door part. And he was pleasant and smiling the whole time. I recommend this salesman and dealership if you want an honest transaction. I did not know this man prior to this sale. Go get em, Keith, you deserve it! More
Brought my 2008 Caravan in for severe front end shaking. After replacing the rotors, greasing caliper pins, and flushing the brake fluid, they agreed to work with me if this did not solve the issue. Upon driving the vehicle back home, I noticed that the issue remained. After bringing it back in, they kept working on it and troubleshooting throughout the week, replacing a caliper, brake line, and eventually the brake master cylinder. Throughout the whole process, they updated me regularly as to the progress they were making, and even though they were left scratching their heads at times I'm sure, they did eventually resolve the issue. Once they were able to confirm that the issue was fixed they kept to their word and provided a significant discount on parts and did not charge labor.... I would highly recommend their service to anyone. More
Spoke with Derek Ritchie while waiting for an oil change in my PT Cruiser. He was very friendly and took the time to show me the 2012 Chrysler 200 on the showroom floor. I experienced a rare manufacturer defect with my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I drove to just about every dealership in TN and explained what I thought the cause was, but no one would help me and most places want Jeep Wrangler. I drove to just about every dealership in TN and explained what I thought the cause was, but no one would help me and most places wanted to charge me for this WARRANTY WORK. But Miracle's expert mechanic who's worked with Jeeps his whole life, imediately recognized what was wrong and had the problem completely fixed in less than a week. For that week I had no car, and was in a financial pinch and could not afford a rental. Chris hooked me up with a free loaner to drive until my Jeep was fixed. I will only do business with Miracle from now on. I will also say that all of the dealership's employees were very courteous and friendly. More
