I have that car serviced at Miracle, as well as an '07 Dodge Magnum R/T. Having owned a number of Mercedes, Infinitis and Hondas, I can say, without hesitation, that my customer service experience at Miracle has far exceeded what I received at the other dealers combined. Robbie, Vernon and their technicians always ensure that my vehicles are well maintained and make me feel welcomed every time I drive in. Great Dealership with the Best Customer Service Ever I did not buy my jeep from Miracle but I wish I had. Terri Appleton from day one has gone above and beyond to ensure all of our jeep needs were met a I did not buy my jeep from Miracle but I wish I had. Terri Appleton from day one has gone above and beyond to ensure all of our jeep needs were met and continued to follow up until we had a resolution. She is the type of employee that any business owner woud be more than grateful to have. She is very professional and although I've not met her personally it's obvious she is a great person. We also worked with Steve Reynolds who also made sure we got resolution with our jeep issues; he was friendly and professional and helped us without hesitation. My husband dealt with Vernon Ousley and he was very happy with the work that was done on our jeep. I don't live in Gallatin and I have a jeep dealer within 3 miles of my house but I won't take it anywhere but Miracle and it's because of the staff. Thank you Terri, Steve and Vernon. Not Bad, But Not Impressed Hi, I had an oil change and tire rotation done today (11/15/2014) at Miracle Chrysler in Gallatin. The staff there was very friendly, however for Hi, I had an oil change and tire rotation done today (11/15/2014) at Miracle Chrysler in Gallatin. The staff there was very friendly, however for routine service, the end experience left me unimpressed. My vehicle was returned to me with the tire (low) sensor on. I went back to the service representative, and he kindly indicated that it would just take time for the pressure to build back up and for the sensor to go off. While he is correct in some regard, that was not the issue. The tires were low to begin with and he kindly dismissed my concern. Well, by the end of the day, it was still on and I had to make an extra stop and fill the tires myself. The sensor is now off. It was very inconvenient. I also noticed the valve cap to two of my tires were missing. Again, nothing critical, it was just sloppy work and little irritating. Lastly, from a customer experience perspective, after spending $80 dollars and waiting 45 minutes, it would be nice if the dealership would run the vehicle through the wash quick once they are done with their work on it. Service..... these folks are very attentive especially Jimmy carter I do trust him as he has been there since they were across from the elementary school on north water. other than the sign which is standard (service)so are they. in other terms average. There is no zing the something special is not there that makes them outshine anyone else. you can go anywhere and get the same thing. It would be nice to have the front seat car mats cleaned out. or the windshield cleaned or a quick outside wash, something that will put them ahead of the line. EXAMP. I picked up my truck which they had parked in the back( not a problem) but while trying to get the truck up to the service exit they got mud on the truck., all on the rear of the truck. They could have just washed it off with the hose. what I received was " "I'm not use to the automatic on the column I was looking for the shifter on the floor.". No mention of the mud on the tires or the side of the truck. No zing not average. Price for repairs.... I can't see how retired folks can afford to fix their cars? Sorry here , competitive pricing? I can not see where the transmission would total ABOUT 5 K. Re-manufactured. Jasper or original. 3yrs. or 30,000 miles. I know they have to make money nothing wrong with that but warranty is exact as another service but at a less price. I have always recommended this dealership it has been very good, especially to me but if they want their customers to return over and over for service work they will need to compete to keep their customers and add some ZING. I was very disappointed. 12/10/14 just returned from picking up my truck. my second opinion saved me thousands. my problem was dirty cables and connections which make my transmission shift to get a higher rpm and charge the batteries. More

A bright spot in my day! I was out running errands and remembered I needed to make an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation at Miracle Chrysler Dodge. I drove into Mirac I was out running errands and remembered I needed to make an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation at Miracle Chrysler Dodge. I drove into Miracle and Steve met me at the counter and asked how he could help. I told him what I needed and he said they could do it NOW and it would be about 30 minutes. I said great because I would need to wait for it anyway. In 20 minutes Steve came back to tell me my car was ready and I was good to go! Great customer service and I love this new program of "no need to make an appointment." Thank you Miracle Dodge for once again taking such great care of my Nitro and me as you always have. I gave a great rating because the staff was honest. I was asked to do things that I did not need, I had questions about my second car and ray took the time to answer all of them. I had my 2013 Dodge Ram in for a oil service and when I picked it up I asked if they can show me how to stop the radio from playing for 45 seconds after the key is off and the doors are shut. The service t picked it up I asked if they can show me how to stop the radio from playing for 45 seconds after the key is off and the doors are shut. The service tech showed me how to do it and I showed him that it would not stay and would reset back to factory setting of 45 seconds. The service tech told me he would send an email to Chrysler to see if they know what is wrong. It has been over a week and never heard anything. Today I had my wife's van oil changed and again ask if they heard anything on my truck the service lady said she has not and went to get the service tech but he supposedly went to lunch. She told me she would call me today with an answer whether they heard anything from Chrysler or not but it is after 9pm and not heard anything. You would figure a 2013 Dodge Ram would not be too hard to get an answer on a maintenance problem or would like to find out the problem in case any other new truck is having the same problem. Right now I am very disappointed with Dodge Ram and Miracle Car Dealer on my situation which all they had to do is keep communication with me but when you go weeks and hear nothing makes you feel like they don't care about your problem.. Finally received call from dealership and was told how to fix the problem and it worked so far. I am now satisfied with there service just wish they would communicate better. A phone call every couple of days or email saying they haven't heard from Chrysler would have been good then I would have felt like they were working on the problem instead of me asking all the time. Again this is a Nice friendly dealership and would recommend them because they will fix whatever problem you have. More
These two guys that support your sales staff are great. They are easy to work with and they always work to please. My last visit was to change out my factory rims to a different factory rim. Chris was professional, friendly and very helpful. He worked with me on my options for new rims. I still wasn't sure of how the rim would look. Chris got one in to show me. I was sold. Chris then hooked me up with Ray in service. Ray was easy to work with. We set up an appointment to replace the rims and Ray told me what to expect for replacing the rims. When I arrived for my appointment Ray got me checked in. Within an hour your service staff replaced my rims and had me back on the road. The rims look great. I want to thank Chris in parts and Ray in service along with your mechanics for taking great care of my Charger. More
