Emergency Repair I was traveling out of town when I experienced transmission problems. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue under warranty. His repair allowed me to safely complete the ten hour drive home. Shop is extremely clean and appears to be well organized. If I lived closer I would always get my car serviced there. More

Handled Impossible Car Repair With Class & Concern A couple of weeks ago I brought in my 2007 Pacifica for a strange rumbling noise when the air was turned on and, after a one day service major $$ at p A couple of weeks ago I brought in my 2007 Pacifica for a strange rumbling noise when the air was turned on and, after a one day service major $$ at pick up, thought everything was fine. Next day the noise came back. Earlier this week I had to bring the car in a second time for the same unknown "noise" and got a rental vehicle for what I thought would be another one day service. It turned into four days of service with no luck in fixing the noise. It was a baffling dilemma for the service department, who after several diagnostics, parts replacements and specialty techs, had to call Chrysler for possible insight into the situation -- no luck in fixing the noise. To their credit, the service department really did all they could to fix the problem, and they did it with class and courtesy to the customer...me. It looks as if there may be something behind the timing covers causing the noise, but the service techs are letting me take the vehicle to a local mechanic who did previous work on my vehicle. I used Miracle when my car was newer and still under warranty for service problems, as well as for regular oil changes and tire rotations. However, as my car got older and because Chrysler no longer produced Pacifica, I also used a local private mechanic for minor repairs and oil changes, in conjunction with the Miracle service. Since the service department did all they could to no avail, I turned in my rental vehicle and picked up the car this morning. I am going to take the car to another local mechanic who did some timing kit work on the car a few months ago and for which I am still under warranty. Hopefully, the problem will be resolved. And, if not, I will be back to see if there is something else that can be done. I gave a five-star rating to the dealership because of their tenacity in trying to figure out the problem, the outstanding courtesy and customer care relationship from the service service department (Shawn called daily and sometimes more to keep me informed of the situation), as well as the kind and empathetic concern of the administrative department making my rental pick-up and return very easy and painless. I do not have the name of the woman who set me up with the car but Ciera was great on the return. To my surprise, my charges were minimal on the service fee -- only charged for oil change and tire rotation. There were no charges for the diagnostics on the vehicle or the rental car. It was not something I expected after four days of having my car in service. My husband (has a Dodge pick up) and I are truly repeat customers of Miracle and I have every intention of purchasing my next vehicle from them, once Chrysler, Dodge, Ford or Jeep come up with something that rivals my Pacifica. I really love the way it handles, not a lot a major repairs even after 8 years, and the luxury type features it offers (albeit, I did like the technology in the Dodge Dart -- the ride, not so much). So, kudos to Miracle's service department and administrative workers. We didn't accomplish what we all wanted (hence, the four stars on quality of work), but you made it much easier for me to move forward. Thank you. More

Those Whom Truely Care. Looked all around and no one near by, turns out it was my fan which had broken off and plowed right into my radiator. I call Mr. Vernon Ousley and explained my problem and he took care of it. He is the kindest and most genuine person when it comes to getting our vehicles fixed. He makes sure that what needs to get done is done. Thank you Mr. Ousley for your honesty. Because of you I will not have to doubt that my car will be worked on properly. We need more people like you because that is what brings customers in. They quoted a reasonable price and fixed it in one day (had to order parts). Miracle rented me a nice car for $25 so I could go back home to south Nashville. They phoned next day to say part was late but they would be finished by late afternoon. I arrived about 15 minutes after their office closing time of 6 pm due to horrible traffic on I-65 N, but several Miracle employees were working late and got me checked out - "service with a smile". So - QUALITY SERVICE and PLEASANT CAPABLE STAFF - it really is a miracle! More
