Customer Service I was on vacation when my Wrangler needed an oil change and tire rotation and was very uneasy about a dealer I had never been to after bad experiences I was on vacation when my Wrangler needed an oil change and tire rotation and was very uneasy about a dealer I had never been to after bad experiences in Fla. Well I walked in was greeted by a nice young lady and asked what I needed I proceeded to tell her she told me the wait time and directed us to the waiting room. They had fresh coffee and granola bars and the place was spotless. Before I knew it everything was done she came and got us and we were off. I am impressed at the service advisers are all women except one and they are extremely friendly. I have been driving Jeeps for the past 44 years and this is the best service I had ever had on vacation this dealership lives up to its name MIRACLE they are outstanding. If I lived in Tenn I would use them all the time since we are a Jeep Household and service like this is very rare. More

Very nice surprise! New to area. Stopped into service department to check on getting remote key replaced. Talked to Michael. Had some recalls also. Michael got me right i New to area. Service???? To start with, when my truck was towed in they told me it wasn't there, they couldn't find it. They never called to tell me when they did find it. They have had my truck for a MONTH now and I can't get anyone to call me back. I have to call them to find out what's going on with it. Worse experience ever, not returning. More

No part for recall We had an appointment, for a recall, to get our 2004 Jeep Liberty fixed. Got there at time of appt. and was told they didn’t have the part, no one cal We had an appointment, for a recall, to get our 2004 Jeep Liberty fixed. Got there at time of appt. and was told they didn’t have the part, no one called, was 50 miles round trip to dealer, We were told another person was told the same thing that morning. Asked to see the service manager and was told a new girl made the appointment, guess she didn’t know how to use the phone to cancel the appointment. Told service manager would report this when I was asked to review service. He said “it is what it is” and they would call when the part came in..Got a call about three weeks later and had Jeep fixed in a timely manner. J.H. More
