My service visit Tim, my name is James Peach. First let me tell you a little bit about myself, I’ve been an A&P mechanic since I’ve been 20 years old, I’m now 60, so Tim, my name is James Peach. First let me tell you a little bit about myself, I’ve been an A&P mechanic since I’ve been 20 years old, I’m now 60, so I know a little bit about scheduling, repairing and parts and this is why I want to tell you why Miracle CDJR will all ways be my hometown dealer. Every time that I have pulled up in your service lane, I am greeted with a smile, a hand shake, how are you today Mr. Peach and a how can I help you. This doesn’t feel like just a dealer courtesy line, but an honest greeting that comes from deep down inside. Tim, Steve and his team of Robbie, Bryan, Greg and I know that I’m forgetting a few others have always made me feel as if I were a VIP. They are eager to get me checked in and find out how they can help me. They always just give me the facts about what service is needed for my car and they have never over sold a service which is refreshing. They constantly go that extra mile every time I’m at your dealership and I appreciate their courtesy and professionalism. This leads me to your mechanics who have worked on my cars. I have several modern muscle Mopar products along with one vintage Mopar and show them from time to time. I have never had to worry about access panels not being installed properly, parts not secured nor dirty, greasy hands or fluid in or around my cars. I never had my car come up with mystery dings or dents while visiting. Your mechanics have always taken care of my cars as if it was their own and I appreciate this. They have always done the work right the first time and that goes for routine service, problems or recalls. I have never needed to come back to get my problem looked at a second time. I also would like to tell you about your parts department. Like it or not this is the department that keeps the ball rolling for your service advisors and mechanics. Jody, Deron and the guys back there are aces. Let me tell you a little story that just recently happen to me. I had just bought a used Mopar 14 shaker edition Challenger, 1 of 100 made. After I bought the car I started cleaning her up and noticed with the hood raised up where the shaker meets the close out seal the paint was eroding into the metal. I bought the car in and pointed this out to Steve and he started looking into why this was happening. Your dealership just happen to have a Challenger shaker on the showroom floor. Steve got me and pointed out that your shaker had a protective covering around it where mine didn’t. We got Jody involved with looking for a part number for this protective covering. With a lot of calls and looking in his parts catalog Jody came up with the part number. Tim this is just one instance out of a dozen that your team has gone to help me out. I could mention many more. I hope that I've made it clear that you have a great team working in the back to keep my Mopars on the road. I’m glad to have you guys around when I need any maintenance on my Mopars. If you have a customer on the fence for a purchase due to not knowing what kind of service they’re receive after the sale, I can personally tell them your guys are 5 stars all around. SERVICE DEPARTMENT I received a coupon in the mail to get my car service at a discount price at another dealership. I started to make an appointment and go. Before I called and made the appointment I called and talked to Drew in service and after talking to him I thought why go somewhere else because Drew always made sure my car was in great shape before letting me leave the dealership. So, I took the forty minute drive to Gallatin. When I arrived I was acknowledged by name and treated like I was their only customer. They also had someone that I did not know in service, Glen, who was also very nice. As usual Drew made sure my car was in top shape and at a GREAT reasonable price. One negative thing: Drew had my car running so smoothly that I did not realize that I was driving 20 miles over the speed limit until I received a speeding ticket. lol If you want your car fixed correctly and running smoothly go see Drew at Miracle Chrysler Dodge in the Service Department, More

GREAT!! It was a Saturday morning and I was 463 miles from home. I pulled into a shopping center to go shopping and noticed fluid running out from under my c It was a Saturday morning and I was 463 miles from home. I pulled into a shopping center to go shopping and noticed fluid running out from under my car. I called AAA for a tow truck and obtained the name and address of the closest Jeep dealership. The closest dealership was about 3 miles down the road. With it being Saturday, I was not sure they would be able to get to my car. When I arrived I was just about in tears. I apologized if I started crying and Drew Fulcher told me not to cry that he would take care of me. Of course being away from home and being alone, I wasn't sure how I was going to get back home. Approximately 1 hour after arriving, Drew came into the waiting area and sat across from me and said "well, everything is fixed". He was my knight in shining armor. I didn't cry when I got there but I cried leaving just feeling like someone was really concerned about me. I want to say a big thank you to everyone that helped me that day. I will never forget that there are people out there that are willing to help. As I type this review, I have tears running down my face. Again a great big THANK YOU to all that helped and especially Drew Fulcher. More

Quick friendly helpful Went in for scheduled oil change. Had recalls attached to my truck. Able to set appointment to have taken care of. Really accommodating. Service department was horrible. Sales team at miracle Chrysler was great it went smooth. I got the extended warranty and that's when things went down hill. I took my truxk in for a fuel pump replacment and the the guy calls me and all the sudden I have lights on my dash now that weren't there before. He tells me if they fix it now I won't have to pay another deductible or any thing else, Where as if I bring it back I'll have to pay another deductible. The lights that were on were abs and traction control lights theu said. So I went to pick up and my bill is way more then it was suppose to be and they tell me warranty didn't pick it up so its on me after i was told by bryan that it would be covered if i did it wile it was there. The warranty they claimed "bumper to bumper". So I was lied to over charged and it took 3 days instead of 3.3 hours and they wouldn't give me a rental car the last two days because they didn't file the claim for the light issue untill I asked them to. Brad Billingsley and Kyle Townsend got me a car so i could .ake ot home and back to work the next day. Just an awful experience I wouldn't recommend the service department for any one. More

When I went to have my 2013 charger serviced I was told miracle wanted to trade my 13 charger for a new 2015 charger off the lot. At first, I was skeptical because I was so far upside down in my 2013, I knew it wasn't going to be possible to drive my dream car off the lot. However with Brads' positive attitude and determination it was possible. By his side was John Booker who literally worked a "miracle" to have my interest rate go from 11% all the way down to 1.9%. Also Brad and John were able to keep my car payment within my price range.. WOW!! I am just beyond blessed to have a worked with such a great team who made me a priority.
