Gallatin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

For some reason this dealership doesn’t take reservations for oil changes. So I showed up and said he how long is it going to be for an oil change if it’s gonna be too long I’ll come back another time. T for oil changes. The service advisor told me it’s gonna take at least an hour and a half and I said I can wait an hour and a half. Two hours later I go out to get an update and I see the car is sitting in the yard thinking they finished it but didn’t tell me. No apparently they haven’t even brought it in yet and tell me oh will bang it right out and I ask how long is that gonna take and they said 45 minutes. I said now I’m gonna get out of here and I told him I won’t be coming back More

dropped my company truck off Friday to get a door lock fixed didn't hear anything back so I called Tuesday. they said they wrote my number down wrong(my office number is on the side of the truck in large fixed didn't hear anything back so I called Tuesday. they said they wrote my number down wrong(my office number is on the side of the truck in large numbers?) said they had the part in stock and would get me a price even though it is a 2020 and obviously under warranty? told them it was under warranty they said they would check if they had the part and call back. no call back so I called the next day and they had to order the part??? called again today (Friday a week later for a door lock?) and they said there was a problem with the part that hopefully they would have it finished today. very rude sounding lady on the phone that didn't care how long I was on hold! I make my living with these trucks and need them on the road just wish they cared about that as much as I do! this is the first review I have ever done for anything if that tells you how disappointed I have been through this. More

Just want to take a minute to brag on Miracle Chrysler Dodge. We had the pleasure of working with Drew in the Service Department. Not only was he nice ,but he did everything he said he would do sooner tha Dodge. We had the pleasure of working with Drew in the Service Department. My Jeep Patriot broke down on Thursday south of Nashville. I was on my way back home to Ft Wayne, Indiana. I called all the Jeep dealers in and around Nashville and everyone told me they couldn't w Nashville. I was on my way back home to Ft Wayne, Indiana. I called all the Jeep dealers in and around Nashville and everyone told me they couldn't work me in until Monday or Tuesday of next week. Miracle told they would try their best to work me in on Friday. I had triple A haul my vehicle there and they got me in and and back on the road late Friday afternoon. Brandy the service coordinator did everything she could to help me out Tim the porter took me to a hotel and picked me up the next day. Daniel the service tech did a great job repairing my Jeep . I can't say enough superlative's on how these people helped me out. I highly recommend Miracle Chrysler, Dodge ,Jeep they are awesome!!!! More

While on a camping vacation at Bledsoe Creek State park near Gallatin TN our 2008 Dodge RAM would now allow us to move the column gear selector past park. On a vacation trip from OH to AL my new RAM 3500 broke down in a rest area. I was hauling a 44 foot camper. I started calling local RAM dealers and all said they could get to it in a week or so....what? down in a rest area. I was hauling a 44 foot camper. We drove from Illinois to Tennessee for a tournament. Had steering issues so we brought our Dodge Grand Caravan here. Brandy checked us in. Turned out to be the rack and pinion had to be replaced.
