Lana in service was rude I took my car in for a recall and a recall only but they kept trying to pry diag out of me for something that had already been fixed. Great Service Department I am from out of town and experienced car problems. So, after 225K, the rear end was make noises at low speeds. I never considered a trade, only a quality repair would do. Without hesitation I took her over to Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and placed her into the very capable hands of Bryan Roberts. Parts were no longer available for my old truck, so a low mileage rear end from a newer donor was found. My beloved Dodge Ram 1500 is now running and driving like new.
