New Jeep Wrangler Purchase This was our third purchase from Miracle. There was none of the normal high pressure sales tactics like normal salesman. Mike worked real hard to meet our needs, he listened to us and gave us time make a sound decision. At that time we didn't want to trade our car so we didn't want to pay the high priced car payment. I had a dream about this car. Well I got a ss raise and we decided to trade our car. We went back to see Ken and Chris. We were welcomed and and I told them about the dream. We all laughed and they said they would see what they could do for us. We feel they worked for us!! We were happy with the trade in, and they stayed with in our price range so we could comfortably afford the car. We couldn't be happier. Great Day! We came in with low expectations of being able to trade in our car because we were so upside down with it. I see why the are called "Miracle" Chrysler We came in with low expectations of being able to trade in our car because we were so upside down with it. I see why the are called "Miracle" Chrysler! We drove away in a brand new Journey with third row seating!! Our monthly payments are the same as our vehicle we traded! The staff are very friendly and are pressure free. Excellent Customer Service! Had seen a car I was interested in and contacted Kyle Townsend about it. He picked it up and brought it to my work for me to test drive since I wasn't Had seen a car I was interested in and contacted Kyle Townsend about it. He picked it up and brought it to my work for me to test drive since I wasn't able to go look at it. I gave him all of the details of what all I wanted to do. He took it back and him and Brad Billingsley worked out a deal that was exactly what I was asking. So thankful for the help I received from the two. Excellent customer service!
