Joseph Smith and Mike Woodruff were absolutely wonderful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for and showed genuine concern and understanding regarding our stress from the accident earlier in the day . They listened to us and didn't try to sway us in any way. The manager John Booker did his best to get us the best deal with a great interest rate as well. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Joseph and Mike to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I have no doubt when it's time to replace my jeep I will be going back to Miracle. Robert Sharp, who I believe is a recent hire, was one of the nicest service writers I have ever met. Even though he was busy ( a co-worker was out receiving training), Robert always made sure that I was kept up to date on my car's progress. He took extra care to make sure my bill was correct before he presented it to me, and explained it thoroughly before handing it over to the cashier. I highly recommend this dealership. B. Wade More
