We were not ready to buy, but said we would if he could put us in a car without any change to our interest rate/costs and monthly payment. He did and sent us to Brad Billingsley who put us in a newer model with larger engine and more extras without changing our transportation (we buy transportation/service) costs. After having the transmission in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee go out, I had to have a vehicle to transport my family and I. Something reliable and affordable. I was never expecting to be able to be approved due to my credit history. However, after speaking with Marcy over the phone and explaining my situation to her, I was able to be approved for a great car! Although Marcy wasn't able to finish the sale due to our schedules, she handed everything over to John Small. They were both splendid to speak with and, after driving 1 1/2 hours to your dealership from our home, the papers were signed and we drove home in our now car!
