However, my hometown is 300 miles away in Tennessee. Therefore, when I totaled my car, I was in an instant state of emergency, needing a new form of transportation asap. I could not imagine a more professional and knowledgeable dealership! Specifically, Patrick Sturm was a pleasure to work with. He diligently found numerous options and even sent pdf's comparing and contrasting different vehicles when I could not narrow my decision. When I found the perfect Jeep at a different dealership an hour and a half away, we were still able to go through Pat and even had him pick up the Jeep personally, bringing it on sight to Miracle for us to pick up! Pat went above and beyond outstanding customer service and I would recommend him to anyone. I only hope in another 10 years Pat is still available to help me with my next purchase! With 265k miles my 05 Ram has been getting on in years and miles and not wanting to sell it I started looking at the possibility of a road car to trav With 265k miles my 05 Ram has been getting on in years and miles and not wanting to sell it I started looking at the possibility of a road car to travel for work and pleasure trips. I had been checking the internet sites for a few months and frankly and missed on a couple of nice Chargers when I saw this one. I t looked nice, the price was a little above my budget and Christmas was coming quick so I thought I should probably wait another few months but one day found me driving by Miracle Dodge in Gallatin so I thought what the heck and pulled in. I found the silver Charger on the lot and started looking it over and was pleasantly surprised not to be accosted on the lot by the usual shark. After sitting down with Pat and doing a little back and forth between he and Bert they got about as close to my budget as possible. They gave me a night to think about the deal and on Christmas Eve I drove home my 2012 Charger RT Max.Love the ride and have made some new friends to boot, couldn't be happier. Since then the have stood behind their word and fixed a couple of issues. Highly recommend these guys. More

Wonderful Car Buying Experience Our Salesman Mike Woodruff and the entire staff was so wonderful to work with and we now feel like we are part of their family now. We purchased the Our Salesman Mike Woodruff and the entire staff was so wonderful to work with and we now feel like we are part of their family now. We purchased the Jeep Grand Cherokee on a Saturday and I went back to take the staff a thank you gift and when I got there I then purchased a Dodge Challenger RT for my husband who really wanted this car as a surprise. The entire staff was in on this surprise and when I asked my husband to come back to the dealership they had gotten the car ready hid the car where he would not see it till we was ready for the surprise and put balloons all around it. This was so wonderful everyone went above and beyond. I think this dealership had as much fun doing this as I did. We are looking forward to doing business with Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for many years to come. More

Not your typical experience My Wife and I were looking for a specific replacement for her car. She wanted a used Nissan Xterra. Our search of all local dealers found the one that My Wife and I were looking for a specific replacement for her car. She wanted a used Nissan Xterra. Our search of all local dealers found the one that fit the right equipment, mileage and color. We scheduled an appointment to test drive this SUV. Upon arrival our salesman Mike Woodruff had it pulled up, cleaned and ready for her to see and drive. It was obvious that this was a good vehicle inside and out and had a clean car fax. During our test drive we noticed a couple of mechanical issues which needed to be addressed. We did not buy that night although we really liked the vehicle. We touched base with Mike the next morning and asked if all issues could be resolved. He told me he would call right back after consulting with their service department. The service department took quick action and had answers in several hours which made me feel important as a customer. All could be resolved and in the end we negotiated a price less than advertised including the needed repairs. Best yet the repairs were made in less than 4 days (they are not a Nissan dealer but expedited the parts needed) and we took delivery 2/2/2016. My wife loves her Xterra and have had no issues. I did opt for the extended warranty and Chris Austin the finance manager was very helpful finding the right one with a 0 deductible if ever needed. Thank you Mike Woodruff for all the leg work needed to complete all in this purchase. They all go above and beyond to make an impression of excellence. Earned my trust as a consumer. More
