I was impressed with Patrick Strum's knowledge of the vehicles. The whole process of filling out the paperwork and taking a test drive went very smoothly. Chris Austin was very efficient also. I felt comfortable in the Finance Dept., not rushed. I like the ringing of the bell when I came out of the Finance office. (Took me by surprise.) Patrick patiently explained all the features inside and out. He demonstrated how different features worked. He said to call him with any questions. The last vehicle I owned was a Jeep Liberty, which I had it for ten years. Before that I had a Cherokee Chief. Since I had two great vehicles in Jeep. I decided to look again. Challenger AND Grand Cherokee! My wife and I have been here several times now. Once to purchase my new Challenger, once for service, and once again to purchase my wife's new Grand C My wife and I have been here several times now. Once to purchase my new Challenger, once for service, and once again to purchase my wife's new Grand Cherokee. From a car sales experience, I will honestly say that I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never experienced as quality of an experience dealing with people from all levels of the business as we have at Miracle CDJR. In our first visit, I worked with Ron (no longer there) and a few other guys in the office itself. Each were very welcoming, friendly, and more than willing to work with me as long as necessary to ensure both sides were satisfied in the deal. In the session with my wife and I for the G.C., we worked with Zach (Selena) and Joe (G.I.). Both were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them throughout the afternoon, as most of you know - car-buying isn't a quick process. The finance manager and floor managers have all been nice as well, and we have interacted with likely a dozen people at this point. I will say this as a positive for everyone we've spoken to: professionalism. They have all also exhibited a fun, laid-back personality and are not the type to pressure you into something you don't want. At least they didn't with myself or my wife the times we've been in. As far as service goes, the guys I've dealt with have been nice, willing to hear out any issues and have performed work quickly thus far. Hopefully I don't ever have to do more than just get an oil change from them, but if I do, I will certainly return here to get work completed. Thanks guys for all your work. We are definitely enjoying our new rides! More
