Fast, Friendly, Easy Process Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was the best car lot we have ever dealt with. We live about an hour and half away (Smiths Grove, Ky) and my husband do Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was the best car lot we have ever dealt with. We live about an hour and half away (Smiths Grove, Ky) and my husband done all the work over the phone. Chris Dyer, absolutely amazing, was our salesman and he didn't stop until he found us a vehicle that was in our payment range. The best part is that they won't even tell you that you have to come see them until you are approved. Once we was approved, we took the trip there, looked at the vehicle, test drove it, and done all paperwork in about 45 minutes. Quickest car buying experience that we have ever had. We definitely recommend this car lot to anyone and everyone, even if you have just filed bankruptcy. My husband had just been discharged from bankruptcy and they were still able to get us approved. Miracle is definitely a very fitting name for this car lot. More

That Saturday morning was a little tough for me due to personal reasons, and I thought about cancelling my appointment wirh Chris Gyer because I just was not in the mood to look at cars. I am so glad I kept my appointment! I had looked at several cars online and in person, but I kept going back to this one particular vehicle at Miracle. Chris was very patient with me as I made my final decision. This guy is not a pushy, aggressive car salesman like I had dealt with in the past. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions in detail. Very nice and interesting to talk with, which makes the whole process enjoyable rather than awkward. He even gave me great advice and information that will help me in the long run that he really didn't have to give.. Wait. Did I ask for that? I sure didn't, however, Chris is the type of guy who is all about helping people, not just about seeing $$ signs when customers walk in. He was extremely personable and was a great guy to deal with. I also have to say that Rich, in finance, was wonderful as well. He took time to explain things to me and also gave me some great advice about how to make buying a car help my credit score, along with some other useful tips in the same area. He was very nice to deal with and has just an energetic (without being pushy), personality which is nice. I could sense that these gentemen were in the business of helping people. Of course, they gotta make money to pay the bills like everyone else. The point is, never did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. My overall experience and outcome was way better than I anticipated it might be. I would rcommend Miracle to anyone looking for affordable options who want to be treated with honesty and respect.
