Both Andrew and Chris were professional throughout my entire transaction at Miracle Dodge and most importantly they were more than fair on their pricing and very honest. I had a great experience!!! From the time I walked on the lot I was given complete attention from the salesman. The atmosphere was laid back and I felt comfortable. Chris in finance was also very helpful and kind. I did buy a jeep that day and I love it!!!! I wish the process of buying a car was shorter. I did bring it back a couple of weeks later for the quantum package and again the staff was friendly and took care of my vehicle in a timely manner with good quality work. I appreciated being taken care of even after I had signed the papers for the vehicle... the service and friendliness did not just end with me purchasing the jeep it continued afterwards.... Overall my experience was fantastic!!! I would buy another vehicle from this dealership in the future! In the meantime I plan to enjoy my new ride!!! Hmmmmmmmmm.......where do I start? On March 29, 2000 Hmmmmmmmmm.......where do I start? On March 29, 2000 I purchased a 2001 Dodge 3500 4x4 from another and now defunct dealership. After poor service Hmmmmmmmmm.......where do I start? On March 29, 2000 I purchased a 2001 Dodge 3500 4x4 from another and now defunct dealership. After poor service by the service department and even poorer treatment by the management staff I began to look elsewhere for a competent and customer oriented dealership, thus began my relationship with Miracle Dodge! For several years Miracle serviced my 2001 Dodge with excellent results. I found them to be customer friendly and reasonably priced. On November 2, 2004 I had my 2001 Dodge in for routine service and there was an interesting truck very nicely equipped parked on the display rip-rap rocks. I left the Miracle dealership that day with a new 2005 Dodge 3500 Laramie 4x4 truck. Shortly after the purchase of my 2005 Dodge, a service writer named Lisa Smelser was appointed as the service manager at Miracle Dodge. Folks in my humble opinion this is one of the best moves that the Miracle Dodge dealership has ever made. For over eight years I have had my 2005 Dodge serviced every 5000 miles by the Miracle service department managed by Lisa Smelser and it has been an outstanding relationship. I have been enormously pleased with the customer service and the personal treatment that I have received at the Miracle service department. We all know that the sales staff of a car dealership expands and contracts on a continual basis, but the service department at any dealership needs to be the one constant that you can count on! Lisa Smelser, Service Manager of Miracle Dodge IS that one constant that you can count on. Lisa, is the primary reason I continued having my 2005 Dodge serviced at Miracle Dodge, AND the reason I now have purchased a 2nd vehicle at this dealership!!! Yes she is that good, honest, friendly, informative, patient, and customer oriented! On Thursday December 20, 2012, here I am once again having my 2005 Dodge 3500 4x4 truck in for a routine service on a cold, windy, and rainy day! Buying a new truck was the furthest thing from my mind, BUT déjà vu prevails! What do you know there was a really sharp and very well equipped 2012 Dodge 3500 4x4 that caught my eye! It was sitting on the rip-rap rocks again! While I was standing outside the dealer showroom I casually asked a salesman, Mike Woodruff a few questions about their truck inventory and within just a few minutes he had provided me with printed copies of the window stickers of three different trucks for me to examine! Mike, had only been on the job with Miracle for just a couple and of days and informed me he was going to enlist the aid of another salesman to better answer my questions. A few minutes later Mike introduced me to his mentor, Keith Hert. I found Keith to be very eager to answer any and all of my questions and if he did not know the answer, he went and found the answer to my question! Keith is energetic and excited about the products that he sells and you can tell that he really enjoys selling! Keith, is the kind of salesman that you really enjoy dealing with! Once Keith and I were able to discuss the trucks I might be interested in he proceeded to get the ball rolling along with lots of information and the explanation of factory and dealer incentives and rebates. With each step Keith and Mike were patient, informative and very helpful in the process of buying a new truck! I never found Keith or anyone else attempting to apply "Old School" car selling tactics that most of us find very distasteful! Keith, Mike and I discussed the numbers for my trade value and the price of their truck with incentives and it looked like this deal was shaping up very nicely. Miracle's offer for my truck was very fair and spot-on! Then it was time for a test drive! Mike Woodruff and I took a brand new Dodge 3500 4x4 Laramie out for a test drive. The truck impressed me with the performance and packaging of features! I was starting to like the idea of this new truck being mine! Once Mike and I made it back to the Miracle dealership I knew it was time for the obligatory call to my wife Kathy to discuss the details, and 'THE WIFE" said make it happen! With Keith, and Mike the credit application was painless and fast. A very few minutes later Keith comes back with the final numbers and I knew we had a deal! Minutes later Chris Austin, Miracle Finance Manager and I sat down to go over the final numbers to close the deal. I found Chris to very helpful, informative, and customer oriented! It's obvious that Chris is very talented as the Finance Manager and I can't thank him enough for his skills and patience! The deal was done and it was time to transfer my gear from my old truck to the new truck! I left the Miracle Dodge dealership that afternoon driving a brand new beautiful 2012 Dodge 3500 Laramie 4x4! This truck was the second vehicle that I have purchased from Miracle Dodge and that's a first for me. Once again my truck buying experience at Miracle Dodge was a friendly and smooth transition! Would I buy from Miracle Dodge again? Yes! Would I recommend them to friends and family? Absolutely! Perhaps, the greatest compliment I can impart to Miracle Dodge, salesman Keith Hert, and service manager Lisa Smelser would be that you meet as a customer and leave as a friend! Jerry Shehane More

I am not an easy person to deal with when it comes to car buying, but Michael kept his patience and humour up and sold us a fantastic vehicle. I was very happy with my experience at this dealership and with the customer service we received. We visited multiple dealerships and Miracle blew them away as far as price and customer service is concerned. We plan on sending as many people as we know who are looking for a great price and great vehicle over to Miracle to see Michael Carman to get a DEAL!!! More
