I appreciated Ray's customer-service focus and friendly, calm manner when explaining problems as they came up. However, the "Vehicle Checkup" form was not filled out and I am left to wonder if th friendly, calm manner when explaining problems as they came up. However, the "Vehicle Checkup" form was not filled out and I am left to wonder if the total inspection was completed and if so what the status is for the unmarked areas. As usual I can always expect that the paper mat has been left in my Jeep and the greasy hand print in left on the material portion of the drivers door. I have not figured out why the greasy hand print is necessary but it is always there following service. That is an example of why I am a regular customer to another auto service business and only come to the Jeep dealer when a really good coupon comes my way. Would I recommend the dealership -- not very often but sometimes. Just before Christmas I was experiencing a problem with my Jeep and was told by your service department that they were booked and couldn't help me until later the next week. I found another business who took the Jeep without hesitation and ended up replacing the radiator by the end of the day. Meaning that I could drive to my parent's a few hours away for Christmas. That business I readily recommend to everyone needing service because even without a coupon they deliver on service, friendly customer relations and no greasy hand prints or paper mats anywhere on/in the Jeep. Their prices are reasonable considering the excellent, thorough and timely service delivered. More
My teenage daughter was looking for her first car. This was the first dealer that we stopped at. Chris came out and met us. Showed us a couple of cars. She wanted to look more so we left. My daughter and I were coming to look at a Jeep Compass through the USSA buying program. The person that we were supposed to meet was actually out sick. We instead met with Andrew. I decided I wanted it and spoke with him on the phone about the options I had on trading in a vehicle. When filling out the papers and working out a deal to get the Jeep, Mr. Billingsley was informative, super helpful and professional. Unlike most car salesmen, he seemed to be looking out for my best interest. Brad made buying a brand new vehicle less intimidating. I will be referring anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to Miracle Chrysler because of Brad and all the friendly people there. More
I moved to Tennessee from Germany and got in contact with terri prior to arriving in country. I was immediately impressed with The friendly response and willingness to work with us. When we arrived to Tennessee they sent a driver out to Nashville to pick us up from our hotel. I was traveling with my wife and four year old daughter and nine month old son. They were very accommodating. Andrew was very patient with us an our kids as they were very restless. Overall, I wish there were something more i could do in return for them rather than write a review. Wonderful and stress free experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealer and especially to any military member who is in my situation. More
I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Taurus. Within a few days, I noticed a fluid on the floor mat. I was really concerned. I posted on my fb to get feedback from my friends. I spoke to my salesman and he set up an appointment for service on Monday, that worked for both of us. When they tested my vehicle, it would not leak. I immitated everything that was possible and it would not leak. My reason to post is that sometimes used car salesmen get a bad rap. This salesman was headed that way, until he did some positive means of approach. He was willing to negotiate. He was willing to test the vehicle. He was willing to fix a loose door part. And he was pleasant and smiling the whole time. I recommend this salesman and dealership if you want an honest transaction. I did not know this man prior to this sale. Go get em, Keith, you deserve it! More
Brought my 2008 Caravan in for severe front end shaking. After replacing the rotors, greasing caliper pins, and flushing the brake fluid, they agreed to work with me if this did not solve the issue. Upon driving the vehicle back home, I noticed that the issue remained. After bringing it back in, they kept working on it and troubleshooting throughout the week, replacing a caliper, brake line, and eventually the brake master cylinder. Throughout the whole process, they updated me regularly as to the progress they were making, and even though they were left scratching their heads at times I'm sure, they did eventually resolve the issue. Once they were able to confirm that the issue was fixed they kept to their word and provided a significant discount on parts and did not charge labor.... I would highly recommend their service to anyone. More
