Excellent experience from start to finish ...this is a rare find in the world today an owner that you actually can see and talk to.He's not in another state or in an office upstairs somewhere ...this is a rare find in the world today an owner that you actually can see and talk to.He's not in another state or in an office upstairs somewhere and you never see,Bill (the owner) is IMO a great businessman and will continue to be successful because of the way he runs his business.For example his office is right across from the salesman on the sales floor.So you get to see him and talk with him, which is very rare.I've been dealing with Galesburg Ford for about 15 years and there's a reason,they are a "customer first" dealership that treat you like family.The salesmen are also great,I've been dealing with Mike Chamberlin for 10 years or so.Again another guy who will do everything in his power to get you the vehicle you want and at the price point that fits your budget.Again it sounds simple but isn't something that happens at car dealerships much anymore.Don't get me wrong neither Bill or Mike are gonna give you a 50 thousand dollar vehicle for zero down and 200 dollars a month but they will work to get you the best deal they can.I've been with them forever and can't see me going anywhere else.A hometown place with a great owner, staff and service department you are all there to help you.What more could you ask for. Great Dealer to work with This was by far the best dealership that I visited. I checked out several dealerships within 50 miles of my home, and this was the best one by far. I felt that they were more interested in finding me the truck I wanted to buy then trying to "Sell" me on a truck that wasn't what I really wanted. I gave Mike a list of things in wanted on my new truck, and within a few days he had found 3 trucks that had everything I wanted. One of the nicest things about my experience with Mike and Bill is that I never felt like they were wasting my time playing games like some of the other dealers. I never had to wait around while someone went to talk to a manager to find out how much something would cost. I have to say that was the best part about dealing with the staff at Galesburg Ford, they genuinely valued my time and were able to find me exactly what I was looking for. After dealing with other dealerships and not getting result it was very nice to work with the people at Galesburg Ford. I can't recommend them enough, by far my best car buying experience. More

Connor went above and beyond from beginning to end to get me in the vehicle I wanted, including personally bringing a copy of my new proof of insurance to my HOUSE after hours because my carrier was slow to respond and when they did I couldn’t print it out. I call that GREAT service! When Darrin saw me cleaning out my old car, he came out to remind me don’t forget the garage door opener cause so many people do. A small thing, but I appreciated it.
