Great Service Due to a death in my family I was on the east side of Michigan (away from my loacl dealership) when I heard a noise in the front end of my vehicle. I arrived at Van xxxx Dodge after the service area was closed for the day, Becky stayed over to write up my service papers and told me she would have the vehicle looked at in the morning. Becky contacted me the next afternoon to tell me that my vehicle was ready and thet they could not find any issues. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Becky informed me that there was no charge for the inspection. While dealing with a loss in my family Becky was a blessing to my wife and myself. Very Pleased I was surprised when my brand new 2014 Dodge Charger started having issues and running very sluggish. I originally called another dealership that is I was surprised when my brand new 2014 Dodge Charger started having issues and running very sluggish. I originally called another dealership that is close to home but they couldn't get me in until the next day. I called Galeana's Van xxxx Dodge, explained the problem and they were able to get me in immediately!! I spoke with Elaine on the phone and also when I dropped my car off. She was very helpful and explained what the problem could be. My car was fixed the same day. Elaine explained the repair to me and additional things to watch for in the future. This is the 4th car my husband and I have purchased from Van xxxx Dodge (Bill Reed is awesome!!) and even though the location is out of our way, this is where I will be bringing my car for service if it's needed. Took my jeep in for maintenance and was told Chrysler lost the truck with parts needed for repairs. After calling another dealership and doing some research online I discovered that the part needed for m lost the truck with parts needed for repairs. After calling another dealership and doing some research online I discovered that the part needed for my car was actually on back order. The service department did not call to keep me updated on the status of repairs, I had to call them and ask what was going on. The service employee gave me false information and I was able to get more info from the internet than from the people that had possession of my vehicle. I will not be taking my car to this dealer for service and I would advise others to buy somewhere else and have service done somewhere else. More

I had a engine knock in my Dodge Pickup, they completely dismantled it.. charge me $450.00 and said The engine was bad, they lost some of the parts, I took it to another facility who put it completely dismantled it.. charge me $450.00 and said The engine was bad, they lost some of the parts, I took it to another facility who put it back together and repaired it.. Cost me $1700,00.. would of been only $1000.00 the guy said Had Vandyke Dodge not made such a mess of my engine and lost some of the parts.. More
