With the lease of our 2017 Challenger Bill was able to give me the car of my dreams and at a price that even beat my GM discount. We even turned in our Chevy lease early to lease this amazing car with very little out of pocket cost. Not only is he knowledgeable, but goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is pleasurable. He is honest in what he is able to do for you, and he will exceed your expectations. Worst experience ever I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie from Galeana's Dodge 6 months ago. In that short amount of time i have already had multiple issues with this dealershi I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie from Galeana's Dodge 6 months ago. In that short amount of time i have already had multiple issues with this dealership. 1st when purchasing the vehicle i caught the salesman and manager (Galeana) in multiple papetwork errors that would have cost me more $$$ and limited the years on my warrenty. I took that as human errors until the other issues happened... Next i had a issue with service (had to push for a loaner car while a defective window motor was replaced). The last incident will ensure i share this experiece with everyone i can... One of the feature that was supposed to be on my vehicle was not. While looking to lift my truck, their service department identified the issue and appologised stating that my salesman made mistakes and was terminated by the dealership. I was directed to discuss the situation with the sales manager. The sale manager treated me like i was trying to pull one over of them. Considering that i was planning on upgrading the suspension it ended up being okay with it in the end. Although, all in all the worst car buying experience in my 40+ year with any business. Thieves and liars...i will ensure everyone in my personal and professional network knows not to purchase vehicles through them! More
