Bill Reed Knocks it Out of the Park with Exceptional Service I was looking at another dealer for a specific colored vehicle and was told there were none to be found. I wondered into Galeana's Van xxxx Dodge an I was looking at another dealer for a specific colored vehicle and was told there were none to be found. I wondered into Galeana's Van xxxx Dodge and stumbled upon Bill Reed. Bill has been in the business a very long time and it shows. He is all about customer service and creative solutions. Bill extended the search and found me exactly what I was looking for. He had two of his crew drive to Pennsylvania to bring the vehicle to his dealership in Warren MI. This all happened very quickly to ensure it arrived before residuals were reset for the 2017 year end models and to have it in time for my existing lease termination. Bill told me what I needed so I emailed all and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was in and out very quickly and Bill took time to explain the vehicle and gave me an open invitation to call with any functionality questions. Mark Gibson walked me through the finance paperwork and did a nice job with enough explanation without taking too much time. It was easy and seamless. Great!! June I was referred to Denise Rouse by both my son and my son-in-law who both purchased trucks from her. I learned that Denise is not in sales any longer and when I asked for Reggie, Denise said he was busy waiting for a customer, so referred me to Mary O'Connell. To make a long story short, I was just shopping around as my lease was up at the end of October and I wasn't sure if I want a Journey or a Jeep, Mary spend time and patience pricing several Journeys for me. After seeing the lease deal that she offered me, I could't pass it up. I had to leave for an appointment, but when I returned in 1-1/2 hours, all the paperwork was generated waiting for me to sign and the car was there. I highly recommend Mary and Galeana's as there were friendly and no high pressure. More

Unfulfilled promises I bought my minivan in mid June 2017. Both door seals on the sliding doors needed to be replaced as well as needing the bolt for the center console. I bought my minivan in mid June 2017. Both door seals on the sliding doors needed to be replaced as well as needing the bolt for the center console. I was promised that these would be shipped to me and I would be put in contact with a dealer closer to my house for free repairs on these items. Only after multiple calls, texts, and emails did I finally receive the door seal parts. Unfortunately the bolt for the center console was not included in that package nor were the instructions for which dealership closer to my house I was supposed to take them to. I've have received no reply to the angry email that I sent a week ago. This dealership is not one that you want to deal with!! More
