In searching for a replacement lease, we talked to about 5-7 Dodge Dealership/Salespeople and two auto brokers. Of everyone we talked to, Mr. Hamlin was the easiest to work with. He was polite, informative 5-7 Dodge Dealership/Salespeople and two auto brokers. Of everyone we talked to, Mr. Hamlin was the easiest to work with. He was polite, informative and he returned our calls and answered all our questions. This was not the case with the others. In fact, some never returned our calls after we made first contact with them. Others seemed indifferent to the sale or even rude. The folks at the dealership who supported Mr. Hamlin via paperwork, lease return, etc. were also most friendly and easy to work with. We would be happy to refer family and friends to this dealership and use them again in the future. Thank you for an enjoyable lease experience! More
Took my jeep in for maintenance and was told Chrysler lost the truck with parts needed for repairs. After calling another dealership and doing some research online I discovered that the part needed for m lost the truck with parts needed for repairs. After calling another dealership and doing some research online I discovered that the part needed for my car was actually on back order. The service department did not call to keep me updated on the status of repairs, I had to call them and ask what was going on. The service employee gave me false information and I was able to get more info from the internet than from the people that had possession of my vehicle. I will not be taking my car to this dealer for service and I would advise others to buy somewhere else and have service done somewhere else. More
My salesman, Jeff Cardinali, was very friendly and courteous during our transaction. He was able to quickly locate a vehicle meeting my needs and was able to secure the best deal possible for both m courteous during our transaction. The whole process at the dealership was completed very efficiently - in just over 24 hours! Mark Gibson handled the finance end of the deal very quickly and efficiently as well. I would definitely recommend Van xxxx Dodge and Jeff Cardinali to anyone seeking to buy or lease a new vehicle. More

Reginald also took me on a complete walk-through of the entire dealership introducing me to people. Eric was very friendly and accommodating when we explain our concerns with financing. Mary was friendly, fast and informative for the "paperwork" portion of our experience. Overall, the entire time I was at this dealership I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. As it stands they definitely made return customers out of my wife and I. More
I cannot express how awesome Bill Reed and John Caldwell treated me as a customer! I felt like I was the only person they wanted to please (and the dealership is always very busy!!!) Bill worked SOOOO hard to find me the perfect vehicle (BEAUTIFUL dodge ram) and John made all the financing a breeze! There is absolutely no way I can repay them for all the family-like caring, other then making sure I return to see them in 3 years when my lease is up again!!! My husband has been going to this dealership and for over 12 years, and I completely understand why now. They are amazing and make buying or leasing a vehilce FUN!!!!! Let me preface by saying I have dealt with this dealership a couple times in the past and have never had any problems and always a good experience. However today I went to turn in my lease and had dealership a couple times in the past and have never had any problems and always a good experience. However today I went to turn in my lease and had the displeasure of working with the lease turn in "specialist" and the assistant sales manager. The turn in specialist had an attitude right from the start and was complaining to the service writer in the bay about how many turn ins she had to do today. Um that is your job isn't it? So as she was walking around the car I was walking with her asking questions and she says to me I don't like when people follow me around, I don't follow you around at your job do I? WTH? So as I asked her questions about potential charges for my lease turn in she abruptly says, I will be right back, and apparently went and spoke with the assistant sales manager. She then returned with a piece of paper, handed it to me and says with an attitude, you should be aware of the charges its here in the print on the lease return form. So after she walked away from me to complete the paper work, ( I would guess because she didnt want to answer any more of my questions) I asked to speak to her manager about her attitude. Long story short the manager told me I was the one acting rudely and told me I can go. (Short version I could type more but I am getting angry just thinking about it!) I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, the family atmosphere is gone and they are just like all the other dealerships out there. More
Went to see Bill Reed for a 2014 Durango for my wife. He made us a great deal, got the vehicle we wanted with the options we needed. He didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive model, just took great car made us a great deal, got the vehicle we wanted with the options we needed. He didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive model, just took great care with us. He is a super friendly guy that takes the time to understand his customers. In fact I mentioned that the deal was so good, too bad I couldn't trade my 2011 Charger for a new one. He said, let me see what we can do. Well my wife has a 2014 Durango and I left with a 2014 Charger. Bill is always the man!!! I know there have been some bad reviews for this dealership but in the past few years I have seen improvement and them willing to listen to any concerns I have had and most importantly correct them. They have gotten much better in the service area and I haven't seen another dealership that can beat their prices for new cars. More
