Great Service Due to a death in my family I was on the east side of Michigan (away from my loacl dealership) when I heard a noise in the front end of my vehicle. Becky contacted me the next afternoon to tell me that my vehicle was ready and thet they could not find any issues. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Becky informed me that there was no charge for the inspection. While dealing with a loss in my family Becky was a blessing to my wife and myself. She was very helpful and explained what the problem could be. My car was fixed the same day. Elaine explained the repair to me and additional things to watch for in the future. This is the 4th car my husband and I have purchased from Van xxxx Dodge (Bill Reed is awesome!!) and even though the location is out of our way, this is where I will be bringing my car for service if it's needed.
