Detonator Yellow-sales & service Though part of the title of this review is "service", which by the way has always, over the past 5 years, been as "pleasurable" experience as a servic Though part of the title of this review is "service", which by the way has always, over the past 5 years, been as "pleasurable" experience as a service visit can be ( a necessary evil but good maintenance doesn't cost-it pays), and has always been performed on time, as scheduled, with quality & at a fair price (would recommend), the real review is about the man who made the sale 5 years ago. In 2009, when my lease on a 2007 Ram was expiring I was looking for a replacement. This was the time of the bankruptcy, when dealers were closing & everyone was flocking to those dealers looking for a "good deal". Working in automotive myself I couldn't bring myself to do this-taking advantage of someone else's misfortune didn't sit well. Cruising Van xxxx one afternoon I stopped in Galeana's. Bill greeted me at the door and after a long pleasant sit down conversation ( as I recall we talked more about ourselves & our families) we went to the lot. Though 2009 was the first year of the launch of the new Ram, due to the bankruptcy there weren't a lot of vehicles from which to choose (really wanted that new blue truck). Black, white, silver & some awful green....wait...what's that? A yellow truck? Detonator yellow? WOW! Bill asked if I had driven the new Ram yet (leased them for the past 10 years) & when I said I hadn't handed me the keys. I was gone for well over an hour putting it through the paces-rode, handled & performed far better than anything in the past. Returning to the dealer with my significant other, Bill had already put together a pricing package that...well, we sealed the deal that afternoon (a better deal actually than what was being advertised at the closing dealer locations). 5 years later absolutely no regrets-still love the vehicle. Bill & I became friends that day. His approach, attitude & demeanor were far above my previous dealer interactions of the past. He exemplified to me what a good salesperson should be-friendly, understanding, taking the time to get to know you, and, while desiring to sell or lease, wanting not just to do so to make book but ascertaining what is best for the customer, and, after determining that, making the best deal possible. We remain friends today, communicating by phone, E-mail & in person when I'm in the dealership (still spend more time talking about our families than shop)-he's still the same..but better. His personality & sales approach has enabled him to excel in his craft & he is a definite credit to the sales community as a whole & Galeana's in particular. Looking for a new Dodge in the metro area? (Bill-that white 392 with the blue racing stripes is still in my sights). I whole heartedly recommend a visit to see this man. More

Ruth and another woman, Jessica (?), were both very helpful as they rushed to put two days of work into one Thursday afternoon so Rachelle could drive her new vehicle home that night. Bill Reed I recently leased my 2nd Charger from Bill Reed. The experience was even better than the first time. Bill is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and I recently leased my 2nd Charger from Bill Reed. The experience was even better than the first time. Bill is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and just has a knack for knowing what his customers are looking for. When I received my early Lease Termination letter I called Bill to find out when a good time was to come in. He told me to wait until I heard from him and he would make sure he would get me exactly what I was looking for in both price and vehicle. Bill absolutely delivered on that promise. When I arrived at the dealership we did not take a look at any cars in the lot. Instead Bill told me to look to my right cause that was "my car". He couldn't have been more correct. Color, style, price ... the whole nine yards. One stroll around the car and I was signing on the dotted line. Bill has been excellent to work with over the last 3-4 yrs and as long as he is in the business he will be "my guy" that will determine what vehicle I will be driving. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to speak with Bill for a few mins and that is all you will need to make your decision on who to work. Thanks again Bill and I'll see you again in a few years. More

Nick Zane and John Caldwell wonderful to work with. Very professional and gave us a great deal on our new Journey. Hands down, the best dealer by far!!!!! would highly recommended them to anyone, and plan on going back to them from now on. More
Renewed confidence A family member had an issue with Van xxxx Dodge way back in 1978. Since then the entire family has gone elsewhere for vehicles. That was until we took the advice of a friend and gave Bill Reed a shot to rebuild a relationship with Van xxxx Dodge. Bill knocked it out of the park. He was awesome. Very friendly and personable, and did everything in his power to make us as happy as possible. Not to mention, we scored an outstanding price on a Ram lease. The story goes as follows…Grandma buys a brand new ’79 Dodge Magnum from VD Dodge. She is an absolute neat freak and all of her possessions are spotless. She takes the car in for a routine service. I believe first oil change, on a Friday. For whatever reason, they keep the car over the weekend. The service manager at the time, took the car joy riding over the weekend. Beat it up and down dirt roads and ended up putting dents on the car all down the side. Grandma goes to pick the car up on Monday and is like what in the heck happened??? They said the car was like that when she dropped it off, and refused to fix it. Fast forward to 2014. We are driving down I-696 going to pick up the new Ram. Grandma calls my dad to chat. She asks what we are all up to. My dad says my wife and I got a new truck and were going to pick it up. He then tells her we are on our way to Van xxxx Dodge, then my dad makes wincing face. I can hear Grandma start yelling over the phone “DON’T YOU REMEMBER BACK IN ’79…..blah blah blah….” Now because of Mr. Bill Reed, Van xxxx Dodge is where we’ll get every new vehicle without a second thought! I am extremely pleased, and would even consider Bill a friend, now. More
Smiling Hemi I drive up Van xxxx everyday to work. On the way, I pass the dealer and a bright red Charger would smile at me each time. The lease was due to expir I drive up Van xxxx everyday to work. I love my new car. Jim was timely with following up with me, straight forward and professional. Mary was very professional and pleasant to work with, as well. I am pleased with how quickly I was in and out. I see myself driving Dodge vehicles from Van xxxx Dodge for a long time to come and just because I love it so much I have to mention again how much I love my new Charger. It makes the everyday ride to and from work a V8 gurgling joy. I've even noticed arriving to and from work seems to come a little quicker, a little more often...wink, wink. More
