data inspection sheet filled out without looking at car In the past, I have had excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the results of my 23 point inspection. They found a dirty air filter, but didn't seem to look at much else. It seems like the 23 point data inspection sheet was filled out, without the mechanic actually looking at everything he checked off. Why bother filling it out and giving the owner a false sense of security. I took my car in to Sears after I had my car serviced at the dealership. I thought my tires were out of balance. The mechanic marked my car off as ok in regards to my shocks, my tires, and my battery. Ended up that my tires were in terrible shape, caused by bad shocks, and my battery was also bad. If failed on me. Isn't that what the dealer is supposed to find with the inspection? Aren't they the experts? I am going to bring my car in for it's next oil change this week. I haven't had a chance to tell them what happened yet. I guess I will find out if they even care. More

She was alway attentive and responded to my emails promptly. When I finally found time to visit the dealership Mary was very friendly and efficient, and when it came time to buy the care there were NO surprises. Everything was as we agreed down to the penny. Poor Customer Service Purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber from Joe Kramer in certified used. Joe was your typical cliche salesmen, "acting like he was doing you a favor". A mont Purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber from Joe Kramer in certified used. Joe was your typical cliche salesmen, "acting like he was doing you a favor". A month after driving I took it to get the oil changed and inspected. All the rotors, break pads and tires and two front CV joints needed to be replaced. These things should have been covered in the safety inspection which it obviously didn't have before they put it on the lot. Dealerships are not allowed to sell cars with bald tires for example. I brought it in almost a week ago and still no car! I went to get a rental so I could get to work and they said "oh it's closed sorry". Anytime I call the service department I get put on hold for over ten minutes until I eventually hang up and call again, four times in a row this happened until I asked for the manager and threatened to write a bad review if someone didn't tell me when I would have my car back. He called me back almost immediately and assured me multiple people were aware of my situation and to keep me posted, he also said the parts would arrive the next day and I should have it then. Well I called an hour before they closed the next day and got put on hold for a long time. Unprofessional and the salesmen joe Kramer is a joke. He said they wouldn't sell me a car with bald tires but clearly they did! Tires don't magically become bald after one month of driving. And then he has the audacity to tell me they don't normally do this but they will write me a check for $200 for new tires? You don't normally do this? Like your doing me a favor? No, this is how it should have been in the first place. And $200 is not going to buy four new tires I got quotes for $600. All in all they sold me a car without it being safe and I was told it would be done in two days time and it's almost been a week without me being able to get to work. Horrible dealership and I would never recommend it to anyone, nor their service department. More
