A great experience My experience was wonderful with this dealer. I had bought my chrysler from another dealership and had numerous problems with it. After the last prob My experience was wonderful with this dealer. I had bought my chrysler from another dealership and had numerous problems with it. After the last problem, I called to have it serviced again and they couldn't get me in for service for over a week,and Galeana's got me in the next day. The service people we very nice and took care of us like we were the most important ones there. So with in the next week I went there and bought our new 2015. The sales man was very helpful Bill Reed. He took his time and showed us a lot of options for our needs. I was so impressed with my total experience from this dealer i'll be a customer for life. Bill will always be my sales man. Thank You all for a great dealership experience, there are people who still care about people, your not just a number. Thank You Kevin W. More

He left his desk and allowed my wife to breastfeed our 8 day old son so she had privacy and the entire staff was respectful. Next thing you know he was letting us know how feasible it was to attain a lease as opposed to buying. Next thing we know, he shows us a RAM 1500. He made a special trip to pick out the exact style and color and price for our family. His approach was seamless and genuine which is rare in sales. Needless to say that stop just to look turned into us driving home with a 2015 BIG Horn. Before we left, he spent a half hr. Showing me all the bells and whistles and how everything works. He could have just shook our hand after the papers were signed, but his service did not stop just because the deal was closed. We left happy without breaking the bank. I could go on and on, but what more can I say? More

My husband had asked for a Red GT Dart and when we got there Ledell had it ready for us to test drive and it was washed. At other dealers they had no idea who we were and said that we didn't have an appointment then corrected it and said "oh yeah here your are", then two sales men later we were able to test drive a Dart that wasn't even a GT or RED. It has been a week since we bought our Dart and we still have no regrets. Thank you Ledell for your Great Service!! More

I had good experiences here previously ... ...but this past time I could not help but feel like a victim of fraud. I received a call that the oxygen sensor wire had been chewed on by animal ... ...but this past time I could not help but feel like a victim of fraud. I received a call that the oxygen sensor wire had been chewed on by animals, and that voided my $2500 warranty. This was a surprise, since the car is parked in a garage that we keep food in and I'm constantly looking for signs of animals like feces or chew marks, but it could have happened elsewhere. Like in a parking lot, or while driving down the freeway. I had to ask several times for the part they replaced, and when I finally got it, it looked more like the damage was done w/ pliers and a knife, but that's just my opinion. When I received the bill, they charged an hour labor to replace the sensor. Replacing the sensor is about as difficult as changing a light bulb in a table lamp. You have to unplug the sensor, unscrew it from the engine, screw the new one in, and plug it back in. The sensor and it's plug are easily accessible, and I could perform this task in less than 5 minutes. After $421 I drove the car home, only to have the check engine light come on 18 hours after picking up the car. This may have nothing to do w/ the dealership, but I mention it anyway, after paying $260 for a tune up, it should last for at least a day. More

I had to roll over another vehicle and Ledell went through all the rebates and incentives that would help eat up the negative equity. He was patient and understood where I wanted to be in my payment. The dealership worked out a great deal on my trade in and was able to get me in a new vehicle. I would recommend Ledell Griffin to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
