Reggie stayed on top of everything and got things done in a timely manner and was very friendly and I actually trusted everything he told me I leased a 2015 Dodge Charger SXT AWD. He was not pushy at all and gave me time to think about what I was doing. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. The day I actually was able to take the vehicle home , I only spent an hour at the max in the dealership and that's only because he showed me everything about my new car and showed me around the dealership. I've already referred others over to him that are currently looking for new vehicles, and I just got my vehicle yesterday 8/22. :) I will be going back to him in the future! More

Great Experience Buying a New Truck I was already a week late turning in my lease vehicle, as I was considering buying it. I called Bill Reed (new car sales) at 5pm on a Monday and told him I was already late and possibly interested in getting a new Ram Truck instead but needed to do something ASAP. He said he would put off taking any other customers that eve and get some things ready for me. I arrived around 6pm and he already had researched a few vehicles he thought I would like and had the used car folks ready and waiting to appraise my old truck. My lease return was well over the alloted mileage and needed several things fixed. Bill was able to get the dealership to purchase my lease vehicle, which saved me several thousand dollars and get me a great deal on a new 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie. I was really in a pinch and was very greatful for the dedication and service Bill and Galeana's Dodge provided me. They have a lifelong customer for sure! More

Will not stand behind certified vehicle warranty! Purchased a certified 2013 Ram from them in July 2015. As soon as I left the dealership the check airbag system light came on. Returned and salesman Purchased a certified 2013 Ram from them in July 2015. As soon as I left the dealership the check airbag system light came on. Returned and salesman reset the computer by disconnecting the battery. Told him it would come back on soon and it did. I finally fixed it myself-found a bad connection. Brakes pulsed when purchased...salesman- rust on rotors, but they will take care of anything within 3,000 miles and 3 months including any deductible. Took the truck in for pulsing brakes and front end squeak to Chelsea Dodge ( I live over 100 miles from dealer, so they told me to take it to nearest dealer for service work.) They found the pads worn over 70% and rotors warped(not certified specs), so they replaced under warranty. They could not find the horrible squeak, but I heard it not long after leaving the dealer. Now my front windows chatter in the channel when down and the front end squeak makes driving the truck with the windows down unbearable. VAn xxxx dodge refuses to respond to calls or emails and just ignores the issues I'm having. Contacted Chrysler Customer Care and they didn't really seem to care much at all. What began as a great purchase experience turned into a nightmare now. Not sure how they stay in business treating customers like this? I've only put 1,000 miles on this certified truck and already have these issues. I still have not received one bit of warranty paperwork they told me would arrive within a week of vehicle purchase either. Absolutely horrible service and purchase experience. More
