Needed a new tire. Service advisor, Matt Bowen very professional. I had shaking in the front of my 2014 Dart, well it took 3 hours!! for them to determine that my tire Service advisor, Matt Bowen very professional. I had shaking in the front of my 2014 Dart, well it took 3 hours!! for them to determine that my tire was tearing apart from the inside. (And I was there at 7am when they opened);just over 12,000 miles on the car. Matt ordered a tire and it came in the next day. I came back and Service advisor Richard Caponi, were very professional also. It took 1 1/2 hours for me to get the tire on and out the door ! Also when the car was done, and brought out front, it took almost 15 minutes for them to give me the paperwork to sign ! Service Advisors nice, but the time to get the service complete, Stinks ! -R More

We checked out what they had offered and test drove a few cars in the process. My wife fell in love with a 2015 charger right away. Denise and Mark both made it so the payments would be as affordable as possible. In due process, now that my wife would have an AWD vehicle, we decided to get a play toy on top of it. Once again we ended up getting a great deal on a 2015 challenger. Both vehicles will last us a long time and both Denise and Mark made us both as happy as possible. I have already handed out cards in hopes that people I know will go and talk with the crew at Galeana's to see about their next vehicles. I would definitely recommend this dealer for professionalism and the ability to take the time to find what you are looking for and get you into it as quickly as possible. More
