I have bought several cars this way over the years, some have been good experiences some have been not so good experiences. This time with Nick Kane from Galeana's Dodge in Warren Michigan, my buying experience was OUTSTANDING!! From the moment of our first telephone conversation I felt that the connection that I had with sales person Nick Kane was a great one. From the start of the buying experience Nick was upfront with me about what he could and could not deliver. He never made promises that he could not keep, and he kept all of the promises that he did make, very unusual in this day and age of everyone looking out for their own interests. Bottom line is that I received my car in pristine shape, as promised by Nick and the Dealership and could not be happier with the price that I paid and the personal service that I received from Galeana's Dodge and especially Nick Zane.
