Are your installers even certified?. Your installer jammed the new radiator in so hard he cracked it causing a slow leak and the car overheated 3 weeks later. I called your service department and they told me it's probably a defective radiator and they would have to remove it and replace it. And that I'd be responsible for 2.5 hours of labor, 480.00. So I went elsewhere To have it repaired. I thought taking my car to a dealership to get fixed would be the best place to take it. I just happen to pick the wrong dealership. Have you read all the negative reviews about your dealership, it's not just me. Seems like you do this to plenty of people.
